Betfusion has a compact, countable family: ten domains on Anakatech Interactive Limited’s licence, covering nine brands once LuckyMate’s two addresses are counted as one. Seven of the nine trade today, and the five profiled below are the pick of them; BetCrown, the network’s lime-trimmed premium casino and sportsbook, rounds out the live set. The last two names hold places for the future: BetLegend has been registered but is yet to open, and NeptunePlay, another brand rescued from AG Communications, hasn’t quite finished transferring networks yet.

What Betfusion really is
Betfusion leads with sports betting. The homepage is a working sportsbook first: a football A-Z showing hundreds of live markets, boosted-odds strips, in-play tiles running from the EFL Cup to Norwegian league football, e-sports and greyhounds in the side menu, plus tabs for virtuals and horse racing. The casino and live casino sit one click away with the network’s Pragmatic Play-heavy shelf, Drops & Wins pool included. It’s a dark, brisk, teal-and-green build with no mascot and no whimsy, easily the most business-like storefront on its network, and that’s not a complaint.
Under the surface it runs on Anakatech’s shared chassis, the same platform serving LuckyMate, PlayWins and 7bet, and the family resemblance is the point: when AG Communications wound down its UK business, Betfusion didn’t just change licence numbers, it was rebuilt wholesale on its rescuer’s own machinery. The one trace of the old life left on public view is that footer line pointing pre-April account questions to an Aristocrat support address, the corporate parent of the operator that left.
Ownership: the rescue written into two registers
Read the two relevant UKGC register entries together and the whole story is there. AG Communications Limited’s licence still stands, but its domain list is a graveyard: 76 entries, every single one marked Inactive, with betfusion.com and neptuneplay.com sitting among them. Anakatech Interactive Limited’s entry shows the same two domains alive again on its own ten-domain list. Betfusion’s footer dates its side of the move precisely, operating under Anakatech’s licence “starting 01.04.2026”, and AG Communications’ UK record, including the £1,407,834 regulatory settlement it agreed in 2025, stays with AG Communications; none of it attaches to the operator that took the brand in.
The rescuer itself is a two-part operation: Anakatech Interactive Limited, a Maltese company (61918) run from Sofia, holds the operating licence, while its software arm, Anakatech Limited of the British Virgin Islands, holds a separate UK software licence (account 48788) and builds the shared platform. The operating licence is in good order; casino rights since 2017, sports betting added in 2024, which explains the network’s recent bookmaker-friendly turn, and no regulatory actions recorded. The flipside is that the terms state customer funds are held in segregated accounts but are “Not Protected” on the Gambling Commission’s definitions if the company failed, the lowest of the three protection ratings, so this is a licence with a clean record and a thin cushion.
The two unopened brands on the register tell you the rescue is still in progress: NeptunePlay’s domain shows its old operator’s closure notice dated 30 June 2026, paperwork moved but shop still shut, while BetLegend’s site isn’t currently ready for the public. Betfusion, by contrast, is the finished article, rebuilt, rebranded and trading.
