A Wild West casino with gold in every corner
GRP Casino might not call itself Gold Rush Play anymore, but traces of its original theme remain. A cowboy prospector holds up a nugget on the welcome banner, and the key benefits promise a “Gold Rush of Games” and payouts that let you “ride into the sunset.” There’s a treasure chest, a moneybag and a pile of coins to go with them. It’s a dark, charcoal-coloured site with orange highlights, and I think it looks good. Look closely at the homepage, though, and one of the three benefit boxes is headed “Gold-tier offers HIHI”, a bit of placeholder text someone forgot to remove.
The site claims to host more than 4,000 slots and games, and I don’t doubt it. Its Most Played row is led by Golden Winner Grand Chance, Big Bass Boxing Bonus Round, Greedy Alice 2, Raging Gods Olympus 2 and Starburst, with Big Bass Blast, Gold Cash Free Spins and Wrappin’ Gold as featured games, and a Games We Love row that includes Gates of Olympus Super Scatter, Fluffy Fishin’, Infernal Trinity and Bucket of Bonus Bass. The studio filter lists 25 names, from Hacksaw Gaming, Booming Games, Playson, Wazdan, Blueprint Gaming, Eyecon and Red Rake to smaller studios such as Alchemy, Aurum, Gold Coin Studios, Neon Valley Studios and Stormcraft. The live casino leans on Evolution, with Crazy Time, Lightning Roulette, Monopoly and XXXTreme Lightning Roulette, plus tables from Pragmatic Play Live and Playtech. There’s a crash games tab too.
Ownership: three companies in one footer

The licence belongs to Eaton Gate Gaming Limited, an English company (09526212) set up in April 2015 with a registered office in Derby, while the Gambling Commission lists its head office at the Barley Mow Centre in London. The site itself is run by Kwiff Limited, a Maltese subsidiary, which the footer explains is named on the licence as an agent under an “umbrella licence held by its parent company”. On the register, casino, betting and gambling software activities have been active since 2016, virtual betting since February 2023, and there are no regulatory actions. The register shows seven entries under domain names, but only three brands: grpcasino.com, slotsking.com and kwiff, with the other entries made up of Kwiff’s alternative addresses and its two app-store listings.
The website has bits and pieces of untidy housekeeping. GRP Casino’s terms and conditions still list an address under the name Gold Rush Play, the brand’s old name, which makes the family history easy to trace. And the copyright line at the bottom of the site names a fourth company, Spryme Limited, which isn’t mentioned in the terms or on the register. It doesn’t change who you’re dealing with, which is Kwiff Limited under Eaton Gate’s licence, but it’s an odd loose end.
Bonuses: 40 wager-free spins a day
The welcome offer is a nice, simple one. You opt in when you sign up, and on each of the first five days after your first deposit that you stake £20 on slots, you get 40 free spins worth 10p each on Big Bass Splash. Do that on all five days, and you’ll have 200 spins. You don’t have to play every day, and a missed day doesn’t stop you from qualifying on the next. Winnings from the spins are paid as cash with no wagering, up to a cap of £250, and the spins last 30 days once triggered. Only slots count towards the £20, so crash, table and live games won’t help you qualify, and you’ll need to have verified your account and payment method before you take part. The offer runs until 1 January 2027 and is limited to one per household, IP address, email address, payment method or device.
Beyond that, the promotions page is short. The only other offer listed is a slots tournament with a cash prize pot for the top 100 players, run jointly with Kwiff, and network promotions from the game studios run through the lobby. It’s a to-the-point and slightly underwhelming bonus programme, but what’s there is clearly explained.
Payments: four methods and 30-minute payouts
GRP Casino accepts Visa and Mastercard debit cards, Revolut cards, Apple Pay, and Pay by Bank, with a £10 minimum for deposits and withdrawals. There’s no PayPal or other e-wallet; credit and prepaid cards aren’t accepted, and the help centre warns that Wise may block gambling payments. The help centre says most withdrawals are completed in under 30 minutes, with card payouts going through Visa Direct and Mastercard Send; if extra checks are needed, they aim to finish within 24 hours. You can’t cancel withdrawals once requested. Money goes back to the method you deposited with until your net deposit on it is cleared, and the terms allow an administration charge for withdrawals in abnormal circumstances, including payments to a different method. Customer funds are held in a separate trust account at the Commission’s medium protection level. If you leave an account untouched for more than 13 months, a £5 monthly dormancy fee kicks in until you use it again or the balance hits zero.
Support and complaints: chat, email and eCOGRA
Help comes through live chat, the email address help@grpcasino.com and a well-stocked help centre. There’s no customer support phone number. Complaints go to the customer service team through the help centre or by email from your registered address; they must be raised within six months of the problem, and the aim is to settle them within eight weeks. If you’re still unhappy, you can ask for a senior manager’s review, and after that, disputes about the outcome of a bet can go to eCOGRA, the independent adjudicator the terms name. The safer gambling tools are better than most, with deposit and loss limits, a reality check, time-outs and self-exclusion, plus a curfew tool that locks your account at set times of day. The footer still shows the GambleAware logo, although that charity closed in March 2026, so the GamCare helpline on 0808 8020 133 beside it is the number to call if required.
GRP Casino’s reputation
GRP Casino’s Trustpilot profile, claimed in June 2026, contains 25 reviews averaging 2.0, and the company has replied to just over half of the negative ones (albeit often weeks after they’re posted). Most complaints are about luck rather than conduct, with players convinced the slots paid too little, or that bonus rounds don’t trigger as often as they should. The more plausible ones describe a withdrawal held until identity and address documents were sent, a sign-up bonus that support said wasn’t available, and, in September 2026, a promotions page that returned an error and a game search function that wouldn’t work. On the happier side, one player reports £700 withdrawn and in their account within a few hours, and another £5,750 that arrived the next morning. It’s a small sample, but based on what’s there, it’s worth having your documents ready before your first withdrawal.

What strikes me most about this family is how little separates its members once you get past the paintwork. GRP Casino and SlotsKing are the same casino with a different mascot and a different Big Bass game on the welcome offer, and Kwiff is that casino with a sportsbook bolted on. That’s no bad thing, as the engine underneath is strong, with fast cashouts, a fair welcome offer, and a licence holder that’s kept a clean record for a decade. What it all means is that your choice comes down to taste, and whether you want sports betting in the mix.
If you like the look of a Wild West casino, GRP Casino is a fun place to play, just don’t expect much in the way of regular rewards once your spins are gone. If you’d rather have football and racing under the same login, Kwiff is the fuller version of the family, and SlotsKing is there if you simply prefer a crown to a cowboy hat.
