A name with no costume on a well-oiled engine
On a licence where the brands wear panda suits, jazz hats and Vegas trilbies, Moolzy arrives wearing nothing at all: a purple bubble-lettered logo with two yellow Os, no mascot, no backstory, no theme to sell. What it does have, from day one, is the operator’s full sporting engine. When I loaded the site for the first time, the sportsbook opened on the day’s top football fixtures: Europa League fixtures led by OFI Crete against Hoffenheim, Manchester City at Norwich in the EFL Cup, La Liga underneath, with around 2,800 pre-match markets, about 90 live at any moment, boosted odds, a bet builder and sport menus running from 1,332 football matches through 337 table tennis games to alpine skiing. For a site this young, the betting side is remarkably complete. That, of course, is because it isn’t young at all; it’s the network’s shared machinery under a new logo.
The casino tells the same story. The lobby’s own tabs count 6,477 games, split into 4,544 slots, 1,129 live tables, 254 jackpot games, 226 Vegas titles and a casual wing, though the menu offers no separate live-casino or bingo tab the way most of its sister sites do. Starburst heads the featured row, ahead of Book of Dead, Rainbow Riches, Dynamite Riches Megaways, 9 Pots of Gold, Gonzo’s Quest Megaways and Amazing Link Poseidon; the new-games row runs Huff N’ Even More Puff: Hard Hat Edition, Jack and the Beanstalk 2, Coven Rising, Vault of the Deep, Gold Cash Freespins 2 and Le Bandit Hold & Win; and the lobby’s provider view groups the shelves by studio, opening on NetEnt and Microgaming and running through Skywind Group, Gold Coin Studios, S Gaming and Gaming Corps. A missions-and-badges Rewards Programme is switched on, and the support messenger opens before you’ve even registered, which several older sisters don’t manage. The only new thing about Moolzy is the name; everything else came off the shelf.
Ownership and licensing: the register’s newest arrival

ProgressPlay Limited, company C58305 of St Julians in Malta, runs Moolzy under UK Gambling Commission account 39335 with a Malta Gaming Authority licence dating from 2013, and the licence number printed there is itself a hyperlink to the Commission’s list of the account’s domains. On the register, the counter reads 193 domains, and the tables list 20 active house brands, 95 white labels with www.moolzy.com among them, and 77 retired names. The count moves constantly and in both directions: new brands arrive as older ones retire. One habit Moolzy has broken is not using a separate landing page. Most of its sister sites keep a separate marketing page on the main domain, sometimes badly out of date. Instead, moolzy.com sends you straight to the working site, which on this network counts as housekeeping progress.
The operator’s British licence sadly isn’t clean. A Commission review concluded on 9 May 2025 with a £1,000,000 penalty under section 121, covering breaches of the anti-money laundering licence conditions and failures against the customer interaction code, alongside a formal warning and an attached condition ordering a third-party audit of those controls within six months. The record notes the operator co-operated and took corrective steps. Moolzy launched after that but still shares the history, as every brand on the platform does. The About page, meanwhile, opens with the network’s standard birth certificate, “Founded in 2025, Moolzy was established to provide quality entertainment”, a sentence this operator has copied and pasted onto other brands with other years, and one here trails off into a grammatical pile-up about “a safe, fun, fair, regulated and secure and enjoyable online gaming experience possible”. Even the newest brand ships with the old boilerplate, including typos and an incorrect year of birth. Moolzy actually launched on 17th September 2026.
Bonuses: the smallest free bet on the network, and the usual £20 limits
The sports welcome bonus at Moolzy asks for a £10 deposit and returns a £10 free bet: one stake at odds of 1.5 or better, the stake itself not returned, a single wagering pass on the winnings starting from the real balance, a seven-day shelf life, and a £200 cap on what the free bet can turn into. That’s the smallest opening offer I’ve seen on this network’s sporting side, half of what some sister sites deliver. The casino route matches a first deposit at 25% to £50, wagered 10x within 30 days, with converted winnings capped at 1x the bonus. Both offers are subject to the same clause this operator runs everywhere, limiting sign-up offers to one sportsbook and five casino brands per player across the whole network, with the word “network” hyperlinked to the Commission’s domain list. Deposits made by Skrill or Neteller don’t qualify for bonuses here, and a withdrawal request wipes any bonus still active.
The recurring bonus schedule is a little lighter than you’ll get from your average ProgressPlay site: a Monday-to-Thursday Mystery Box that opens onto anywhere between 25 and 100 free spins for a £20 deposit, a weekly deposit code worth up to 75 spins used up to three times, a Game of the Week deal, a monthly three-part bonus-and-spins offer, a £2,000 cash prize on Playtech games shared among ten players, and on the sports side a weekend cashback plus rolling football and ice-hockey cashback offers. What matters more than any of this is that winnings from every spins promotion convert at £20 at most, whatever number the box or code produces. The rules are listed clearly on each bonus tile rather than hidden, which remains this operator’s best habit.
Payments: everything made clear, one costly route in, a small tax coming out
The deposits page lists its methods with their own minimums. Visa and Mastercard debit cards, prepaid and virtual included, from £10; PayPal for UK and Irish customers; Apple Pay; instant bank transfers from £20 through Truelayer; Paysafecard vouchers between £10 and £700; Payz from £20; Skrill and Neteller between £20 and £5,000, both barred from every bonus; Neosurf from £15; and PayviaPhone, which bills deposits from £10 to your mobile account at the price of a 15% processing fee, with no route back out to the phone, comfortably the costliest way in. Babaloo Limited processes the money, and that might be the name that appears on your bank statement.
Withdrawals follow a two-stage process: one business day of processing, then the transfer, about a day on Skrill, Neteller or instant bank, three days on Paysafecard, Apple Pay or PayPal, and three to seven on cards. Mastercard is deposit-only, blamed squarely on issuer restrictions, and every cash-out attracts the operator’s 1% fee capped at £3. The governing terms hold customer funds segregated at what they call the “not protected segregation” level. If you go dormant, they’ll return your balance where possible, with a 30-day warning; after a year idle, they’ll take £5 a month. Nothing here differs from the family standard, which is the point: this casino is the network’s standard build, to the penny.

The footer’s logo row contains an error: it still carries the GambleAware logo, which means a casino founded in September 2026 launched wearing the branding of a charity that ceased operating six months earlier.
What you find when you search for Moolzy
Moolzy is too new to have a player review record: its Trustpilot profile is an empty, unclaimed placeholder, which is exactly what a launch this recent should have. What the search results hold instead is worth knowing before you click on anything by mistake. Searching the brand on google.co.uk currently turns up no gambling results at all for the name, and on the “moolzy casino” results, the site itself is nowhere, while notices disclose more than twenty results removed across five separate legal requests. The remaining results mostly belong to Moozi, an American sweepstakes casino one letter away that has nothing to do with this brand or operator, and a rewards site called Moolzi sits a single letter away in the other direction. None of that is Moolzy’s doing, but to make sure you end up in the right place, type moolzy.com directly into your browser, check the ProgressPlay footer when you arrive, and don’t judge the brand by reviews of a near-namesake.

Moolzy is the ProgressPlay network in miniature, minus the seasoning. Behind a purple logo with no theme attached sits the operator’s proven machinery: a deep sportsbook, a 6,000-game casino, clear payment timings, printed offer terms and eCOGRA at the end of the complaints road. Around it sits the same operator’s usual arithmetic: a £10 free bet or a 25% deposit match at the door, £20 ceilings on the spins promotions, fees at every exit, and customer funds at the not-protected level, all launched by a business still smarting from its £1 million penalty from May 2025. There’s no review record to weigh yet, and the best read on a launch this standardised is that the performance of its sister sites is the best predictor you’ll get.
