Important licensing note

Palm Casino has no Gambling Commission licence and its terms bar UK residents, so British players would have no GAMSTOP and no UK regulator to turn to. Its own pages say only that “The Company is licensed”, so the operator details here come from Anjouan’s licence register.

The Palm Casino sister sites

All Palm Casino sister sites use the same software and terms, so I’ve picked five that stand out for their wagering, offers, and overall look.

palm casino sister sites banner
seven casino logo

Seven Casino

  • The tropical one: Seven Casino swaps Palm Casino’s 1920s glamour for a Polynesian island at night, with a woman holding a flaming torch beside a tiki hut on its homepage.
  • The closest twin: It uses the same older layout as Palm Casino, with the same three sales boxes and the same 10% cashback for VIP customers.
  • Much lighter wagering: Its welcome package of 450% up to £7,500 over four deposits requires 10x wagering at every stage, while Palm Casino requires 25x.
  • A sports package: New sports bettors get a separate 300% package up to £3,500, which Palm Casino doesn’t offer.
  • The other company’s address: Its terms call the casino 777seven.casino, the address on Exceptiosoft Ltd’s licence, while Palm Casino’s terms use the address on Rabocse SRL’s.
  • Best for: Players who want a Palm Casino sister site with the same layout and much lighter wagering.
winstler casino logo

Winstler Casino

  • The Egyptian one: Winstler Casino opens on a torch-lit tomb with a golden sarcophagus, under a yellow W logo.
  • A bigger welcome bonus: Its welcome package is 600% up to £9,500 over five deposits, at the same 25x wagering as Palm Casino’s.
  • Twice the cashback: The homepage advertises 20% cashback for VIP customers, double Palm Casino’s 10%.
  • A smaller weekly offer: Its weekly slots package is 100% up to £2,500, against Palm Casino’s 325% up to £4,500.
  • Not quite finished: Two of the boxes in its welcome offers row just say “Coming soon”.
  • Best for: Players who want a bigger bonus percentage than Palm Casino’s and don’t mind dealing with 25x wagering.
gamblii logo

Gamblii

  • The other palm-tree one: Gamblii’s homepage is a palm-lined boulevard at sunset, with a casino hotel and a red sports car, so Palm Casino isn’t the only one in the family with an exotic look.
  • A smaller package: Its welcome offer is 350% up to £5,000 over three deposits, with 25x wagering, just like Palm Casino’s.
  • Sport over slots: Its only weekly offer is a sports package of 200% up to £1,000, and the rest of the row says “Coming soon”.
  • More cashback: The homepage promises 20% cashback for VIP customers, twice what Palm Casino advertises.
  • The same cash-out rules: Its terms set the same £100 minimum withdrawal and £1,000 a day limit as Palm Casino’s.
  • Best for: Sports bettors who’d use a weekly boost more than a big welcome package.
prive casino logo

Privé Casino

  • The neon one: Privé Casino goes for Miami at night as a theme, with a neon “Paradise” motel sign, palm trees and a classic car.
  • Lucky eights: Its welcome package is 600% up to £8,888 over five deposits, with the final stage at 150% up to £2,888, all at 25x wagering.
  • A bigger weekly boost: Its weekly slots offer is 450% up to £3,000, a higher percentage than Palm Casino’s 325%.
  • The same paperwork: Its terms share the same 2 July 2026 date as Palm Casino’s, and the same four-word line about being licensed.
  • Double the cashback: Like Winstler Casino, it advertises 20% cashback for VIP customers.
  • Best for: Players who like a bright, neon look and plenty of weekly bonus opportunities.
lucki logo

Lucki

  • The pagoda one: Lucki’s homepage opens to a Japanese pagoda by a mountain lake, with fireworks over the water.
  • Half the ceiling: Its welcome package is 450% up to £5,000 over three deposits at 25x, half Palm Casino’s £10,000 ceiling.
  • A bigger weekly offer: Its weekly slots package of 400% up to £7,500 is larger than its welcome package.
  • Sports bonus each week: A weekly sports package of 200% up to £1,000 is also available.
  • More cashback: Its homepage advertises 20% cashback for VIP customers, against Palm Casino’s 10%.
  • Best for: Regular players who’ll get more from a big weekly reload than a welcome package.

How this Palm Casino review was made

Here’s what my Palm Casino review is based on, and you can read how I review casinos on my About Us page.

Research method
I tested Palm Casino as a new player would, opened every bonus package and added up its stages, and checked both companies’ licences with the regulator instead of relying on the casino’s own claims.

anjouan licence register search for palmcasino showing the rabocse and exceptiosoft licences
A search for “palmcasino” on Anjouan’s licence register, returning both Exceptiosoft Ltd and Rabocse SRL, as displayed on 19th October 2026.

One casino network listed under two companies

Palm Casino doesn’t tell you who runs it. The footer just says “© 2026 PalmCasino”, the terms introduce the operator as “Palmcasino.io”, and the whole licensing clause reads “The Company is licensed.” That’s it. To find the company, you have to go to Anjouan Gaming’s licence register, where palmcasino.io is one of 17 addresses on licence ALSI-202412035-FI2, held by Rabocse SRL since 28 December 2024 and valid until 27 December 2026.

Search the same register for “palmcasino”, though, and you get two results. The second is Exceptiosoft Ltd, whose licence ALSI-202606020-FI1 was issued on 12 June 2026 and lists thepalmcasino.io among its 21 addresses. Palm Casino isn’t the only name on both. Seven Casino, Winstler Casino, Gamblii, Privé Casino, Lucki, Slottio, Winzter, Wildzy, Gxmble, Luckzie, Jinx, Jokersino and Casineia all appear on each licence under slightly different addresses, and Rabocse’s spinti.me appears alongside Exceptiosoft’s spin-time.io. Slothive is the only one with no obvious match on Exceptiosoft’s list, and Rabocse’s spintowin.io is a near match for Exceptiosoft’s spinwin.to.

The casinos’ terms split the same way. Every set I checked is dated 2 July 2026 and opens with the same words, but Palm Casino, Privé Casino, Lucki and Wildzy list their Rabocse addresses, while Seven Casino, Winstler Casino and Gamblii use their Exceptiosoft ones. Whether that’s a family moving across to a newer licence or two companies sharing one set of casinos, I have no way of knowing. As a player, you’d struggle to know which company you’d be dealing with, and I think that’s a fair thing to hold against it.

None of the registered addresses let you in, either. palmcasino.io and thepalmcasino.io both load a security block page, and the casino itself trades from palmcasino5.io, an address that isn’t on either licence.

UK players barred in the terms, welcomed at sign-up

Palm Casino’s terms say twice that you can’t register if you live in, or are visiting from, the United Kingdom. The website takes no notice. It loads just fine from a British connection, and when you open the sign-up form, the country box is already set to United Kingdom, with euros as the only currency on offer. The box confirming you’re over 18 and accept the terms comes ready-ticked too.

Palm Casino’s sign-up form with United Kingdom already selected, as displayed on 19th October 2026.

It’s a trap for British players. A casino that fills in your country for you, then tells you in its terms that you shouldn’t be there, leaves itself with every excuse to close your account and keep your money later. That’s a poor way to treat people, and I’d steer well clear for that reason alone.

There’s also a site called palm-casino.co.uk that bills itself as “Palm Casino & Sportsbook [UK]”. It isn’t Palm Casino’s own site, but its Sign up button takes you straight to palmcasino5.io, with an affiliate number and a campaign tag naming palm-casino.co.uk in the address.

525% over five deposits, at 25x wagering every time

Palm Casino trades in euros, so I’ve converted its figures to pounds at par. The slots welcome package comes in five stages: 200% up to £300, 100% up to £1,500, 50% up to £2,000, 75% up to £1,200 and 100% up to £5,000. Those percentages add up to 525% and the caps to exactly £10,000, so the banner is honest about the totals. To collect all of it, though, you’d have to deposit £12,250 across five deposits, and every stage comes with 25x wagering. For comparison, Seven Casino offers 10x on the same platform, and UK casinos aren’t allowed to ask for more than 10x on any bonus.

palm casino five-stage welcome package at 25x wagering
Palm Casino’s five-stage welcome package, as displayed on 19th October 2026.

Every week there’s a slots package worth 325% up to £4,500 (a Monday reload of 150% up to £1,000, Wednesday’s 100% up to £2,000 and Friday’s 75% up to £1,500, all at 25x) and a sports package of two 100% boosts up to £500 each, on Tuesdays and at weekends, at 7x. The 10% cashback on the homepage is “only valid for VIP customers”.

The terms don’t help. While a bonus is active, you can’t bet more than £2 a spin, and clause 7.6 bans dozens of slots along with “All live casino games as well as sports betting”. So, according to Palm Casino’s own rules, the weekly sports package is a bonus you can’t use on sports. The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing at Palm Casino, and it’s players who’ll pay for that if a win gets questioned.

£1,000 a day, however much you win

Payment options include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, giropay, Sofort, and crypto, and the FAQ adds credit cards, e-wallets, and bank transfer, with no fees from the casino. It doesn’t confirm a minimum deposit, saying only that it varies by method.

Withdrawals start at £100 for bank, e-wallet and crypto alike, and are capped at £1,000 a day and £10,000 a month. Requests are usually processed within three banking days. Put that next to the welcome package and the problem’s obvious: a big win would come out in £1,000 slices, and the full £10,000 bonus ceiling is a whole month’s worth of withdrawals.

A 1920s flapper and around 60 game studios

I’ll give Palm Casino this; it looks the part. A glamorous flapper in a top hat and fur stole poses with a long cigarette holder outside a gold Art Deco casino, with palm trees, old-fashioned street lamps and a vintage car behind her. The cream logo with its little palm tree suits it nicely.

palm casino homepage with a 1920s flapper outside an art deco casino
The Palm Casino homepage, as displayed on 19th October 2026.

The provider menu lists around 60 studios, from Play’n GO, Microgaming, IGT, Novomatic and Hacksaw to Playson, Wazdan, Spinomenal and BGaming, plus land-based names like Aristocrat and Konami. 9 Masks of Fire, Book of Dead, Cleopatra, 9 Pots of Gold, Cash Connection Sizzling Hot and Wanted Dead or a Wild lead the popular slots. The live casino relies on smaller suppliers such as Winfinity, Iconic21, 7Mojos and XPG, with Bar Blackjack 3 among the featured tables, and there’s a full sportsbook with a Predictions tab.

Live chat and email, and a slow complaints process

The homepage promises “24/7 human live-support”, and the contact page gives two email addresses, support@palmcasino.io and complaints@palmcasino.io, but no phone number.

The complaints rules favour the casino. You have seven calendar days to dispute an outcome and a month for anything else, such as a payout or a closed account, while Palm Casino has up to 60 business days to reply and can extend that. After that, the terms point you to “an independent dispute resolution, arbitration, or the relevant court” without naming one, and they put any dispute under the law of Curaçao, even though both licences for this casino come from Anjouan Gaming.

A balanced view of Palm Casino

Points in its favour

  • A stylish 1920s look that’s easy to find your way around.
  • Slots from around 60 studios, plus live tables and a sportsbook.
  • A welcome package whose stages add up exactly to the advertised totals.
  • A dedicated complaints email address.

Points against

  • No operator named anywhere on the site, and its brands listed under two different companies.
  • Bars UK residents in its terms, yet pre-selects the UK at sign-up.
  • 25x bonus wagering, and a sports bonus its own terms won’t let you use on sports.
  • Withdrawals capped at £1,000 a day.

My Palm Casino sister sites verdict: good-looking, but hard to pin down

Palm Casino is one of the better-dressed casinos in a big family, and its bonus maths at least adds up. But you can’t tell from the site who you’d be playing with, the regulator’s records point to two companies at once, and the rules contradict both the sign-up form and the promotions page. Its sister sites share almost everything with it, so my advice is the same for all of them, and only the wagering requirement changes much from one brand to the next. There’s no player track record to weigh against those doubts either, with just single Palm Casino review on Trustpilot.

With no UK licence, and terms that rule out British players however friendly the sign-up form looks, Palm Casino isn’t one for UK players. If it’s the old-time glamour that appeals, Hippodrome Online Casino is a far safer choice. It’s the online side of London’s Hippodrome Casino, run by Betway Limited under Gambling Commission licence 39372, and new players who deposit £20 by debit card get a 100% bonus up to £100 plus 100 free spins, with 10x wagering.

Palm Casino FAQ

Who owns Palm Casino?

The site doesn’t say. Anjouan’s register lists palmcasino.io, the address its terms use, under Rabocse SRL, and lists thepalmcasino.io under Exceptiosoft Ltd as well.

What are Palm Casino’s sister sites?

Rabocse SRL’s licence also covers Seven Casino, Winstler Casino, Gamblii, Privé Casino, Lucki, Slottio, Winzter, Wildzy, Gxmble, Luckzie, Jinx, Jokersino, Casineia, Spinti, Spin to Win and Slothive.

Is Palm Casino licensed?

Not in Britain. Rabocse SRL’s Anjouan licence lists the casino’s palmcasino.io address, but the address it trades from, palmcasino5.io, isn’t on either company’s licence.

Can I play at Palm Casino from the UK?

You shouldn’t. The site lets UK visitors in and even pre-selects the UK at sign-up, but its terms bar UK residents, which leaves any winnings at risk.

Is palm-casino.co.uk Palm Casino’s own site?

No. It’s a separate site using the Palm Casino name, and its Sign up button sends visitors to palmcasino5.io with an affiliate code attached.
