Important licensing note

What Spinhub Casino really is
Spinhub presents itself as the everything-store its name suggests: slots, crash games, game shows, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, a live casino wing and a full sportsbook with in-play betting, fronted by big studios like Play’n GO, NetEnt, Hacksaw and Nolimit City. The breadth checks out. The sports section is its own working site rather than a redirect, which puts Spinhub ahead of several offshore rivals whose sportsbook links loop back to the lobby.
The experience splits sharply between the shop and the office, though. Games and banners load instantly, while the pages that govern your money crawl: the terms, bonus terms and About pages each sat on a loading spinner for the better part of a minute before rendering. The About page, when it arrives, runs to three sentences and two email addresses. For a site this size, that’s the entire corporate self-portrait.
One detail worth noting: both addresses end in spinhub.casino, the licensed domain, while the site you’re playing on is spinhub3.casino, the unlicensed one. Even the casino’s own inbox belongs to a different address than its storefront.
Who owns Spinhub Casino? The site gives two answers
Scroll to the bottom of any Spinhub page and the footer says the casino is “owned and operated by by (sic) Consolutetish S.R.L”, a company registered in Costa Rica under number 3-102-870294, at a San José address. Open the terms and conditions on the same site and clause 2 says it’s “owned and operated by by (sic) EINRAI LTD”, a company registered in Cyprus at a Larnaca address. Two documents, two companies, two continents, and the same doubled “by by” typo in both, which tells you they were edited from one template without anyone reconciling the answer.
The registers break the tie in EINRAI’s favour. The Anjouan Gaming licence the terms cite, ALSI-202501011-FI1, is held by EINRAI LTD and shows as Valid through January 2027. The Cyprus companies registry lists EINRAI LTD as an Active company under number HE421137, and records that it traded under a different name, SML Saveoperations Ltd, before the rename. High Roller Wins, the Spinhub sister site, names EINRAI in its own footer along with a payment agent: Solviks Ltd, a UK company barely a year old, registered at a bulk-registration address in London and classified for IT services rather than payments, whose founding director is from Cyprus.
The Costa Rican company is no ghost either, and that’s where this gets interesting. In July 2025 the Australian media regulator, the ACMA, published a formal warning under the Interactive Gambling Act addressed to Consolutetish S.R.L., naming it as a provider of National Casino and Bizzo Casino, two large international brands, and serving it at Ly Center, Calle 39, Avenidas 8 y 10, Los Yoses, San José: the same address Spinhub’s footer spells out in Spanish long-hand. So Spinhub’s footer credits a company with a regulator’s warning letter on file for other casinos, while its terms credit the company that actually holds the licence. Both firms exist; what doesn’t exist is a single answer to who runs this casino.
Then there’s the second licence claim. The terms say EINRAI also holds “E-gaming License No 010016 issued by Autonomous Island of Kahnawake Gaming Commission”. Kahnawake is a Mohawk territory outside Montréal, not an island, and its commission’s published permit-holder list contains no EINRAI, no Spinhub and no licence 010016. What the list does contain is National Casino and Bizzo Casino, the two brands the ACMA tied to Consolutetish, held there under a third company again. Whether Spinhub’s Kahnawake sentence drifted in from that family’s paperwork I can’t prove; what I can say is that the commission publishes advisory notices about casinos claiming its regulation without holding it, and on its published list, Spinhub’s claim doesn’t check out.
The welcome offer: 300% until you read the small print
The homepage banner at Spinhub says “On Your First Deposit: 300% + 100 SPINS, Up to £1500”. The offer’s own detail panel says something different: the first deposit pays 100% up to £500, the second 50% up to £500, and the third 150% up to £500. Add the percentages, and you get the banner’s 300%, but no single deposit pays more than 150%, and your first pays a third of what the headline implies. The 100 spins land on Gates of Olympus 1000, and I’ll come back to why that game is an odd choice.
Each stage carries 35x wagering, and the bonus terms calculate that multiple on the deposit and bonus combined. The casino’s own worked example: deposit £100, receive £100, and you owe £7,000 in wagering. Chase all three stages and the arithmetic scales accordingly. What can you win for all that turnover? The same terms cap winnings from any bonus at 5x the bonus amount, so the full £1,500 package can never return more than £7,500, and free-spin winnings are capped at £100 flat. Only slots count towards wagering: tables, roulette, blackjack, video poker and crash games all contribute 0%, and so does any game the list doesn’t name. The maximum bet while wagering is £5, including bonus buys, and asking for a withdrawal before the wagering is done deletes the bonus and its winnings.
Now the odd choice. Payments: easy in, harder out

Support and complaints: three days to disagree
Day-to-day support is live chat plus two published addresses: support@spinhub.casino for general queries and kyc@spinhub.casino for verification. There’s no phone number anywhere on the site. That’s workable for password resets; the problem is what happens when the dispute is about money.
The complaints clause gives you three days from a bet being settled to lodge a dispute, after which “no claims will be honoured”, while the casino gives itself 28 days to respond. If support can’t resolve it, the escalation path is the casino’s own management, and after that the terms offer “arbitration, as set out in the applicable laws and regulations”, without naming any body, under the governing law of Anjouan. There’s no ADR provider, no ombudsman and no regulator with a UK player’s interests in scope. In practice, a dispute here ends wherever the casino decides it ends.

Player reports I gathered while researching this page cluster around one theme: the exit. One player has been trying to withdraw £600 through repeated rejections of verification documents.
