- The friendly dinosaur: A big-eyed cartoon velociraptor fronts a 400% to £6,000 slots package at 20x wagering, the family’s middle ground.

A conjurer, a rabbit and a lobby built on sevens
The theme is stage magic, done with more polish than this network usually bothers with: a top-hatted magician reclines across the homepage with a white rabbit beside her, waving a golden 25% cashback ticket while a purple “only x7 wager” flash floats by the bonus artwork. The name completes the act, “Trixino” being “tricks” folded into “casino”, and this operator’s fondness for almost-words (Chanze for chance, Rapter for raptor) makes the wordplay look like house policy. Beneath the footlights is the network’s standard three-product build: slots, live tables, a sportsbook with a prediction markets tab, and the same popular slots row that greets you at every sister site, Book of Dead, Coin Strike: Hold and Win and 9 Pots of Gold, with their studios (Play’n GO, Playson, Microgaming) printed on the tiles.

Ownership: the 21st name on a network that keeps growing
Nothing on the Trixino website tells you who runs it. The terms introduce the site as “Trixino.com” and, in clause 1.2, give only the four-word disclosure this operator favours: “The Company is licensed.” The true disclosure comes from the official register instead. The Anjouan Gaming Authority’s entry for Exceptiosoft Ltd, licence ALSI-202606020-FI1, valid from 12 June 2026 to 11 June 2027, now lists twenty-one domains with trixino.com the newest addition.
There’s also a second Anjouan Gaming licensed company using the same software platform as Trixino, but the licence appears to have expired. Softon Ltd’s entry, covering ten names including Dracula Casino, Aphrodite, Wino Casino and Smash Casino that share this platform to the pixel, still shows status “Valid” while its expiry column reads 6 September 2026, a fortnight gone as I write. Whether that’s a renewal the regulator hasn’t recorded or a lapse the status column hasn’t caught up with, the row’s two columns now contradict each other, and players on the Softon-tier casinos have no way to tell which one to believe. One more thing for those in search of Trixino to be aware of: a copy of the casino at trixino.co.uk names itself an “Official UK Online Casino Site” and prices the whole package in pounds, with a market menu offering the Netherlands and Germany too, all three being countries Trixino’s own terms restrict. That domain appears nowhere on the licence, and I can’t tell you who operates it; I can only say the register lists trixino.com.
Bonuses: sevens all the way down
The slots welcome package at Trixino is showmanship: six deposit stages of 200% to £500, 100% to £2,000, 177% to £1,777, 50% to £1,500, 150% to £1,000 and 100% to £1,000, sums built so the percentages hit exactly 777 and the caps exactly £7,777, complete with a 177%-to-£1,777 rung that exists purely to make the totals add up. What’s most interesting is the tag on every stage: 7x wagering. This operator prices the same machinery differently at every brand, and the staircase now runs from Trixino’s 7x through Rivo Casino’s 10x, Rapter’s 20x and Slottio’s 25x up to 30x at Chanze Casino and Winzter Casino; the newest name gets the network’s best bonus to date. The live casino package adds three stages to 300% and £1,750 at a stiffer 25x, and the sports package three stages to 325% and £1,500 at just 5x, with weekly reloads (400% slots to £3,500, 200% live, 100% sports) behind them.
The small print undoes some of the good work. Gaming with an active bonus is restricted, say the terms, “in the next slots: :restricted_games:”, so the list of slots that void your bonus simply isn’t there. Someone forgot to replace the filler text. The same clause bars all live casino and sports betting under any bonus, which is totally confusing when the promotions page sells dedicated live and sports bonus packages. Beyond that, the machinery matches its sister sites: a “bonus hunter” clause that nullifies winnings at the operator’s discretion, forfeited bonuses gone for good, and general terms that defer specifics to per-promotion terms that mostly don’t exist. A 7x wagering requirement is genuinely low; what it actually gets you in the end is less clear.
Banking: a £7,777 bonus and a £1,000-a-day cashier
The Trixino website footer lists American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Giropay, Sofort, Klarna, instant bank transfer, and crypto logos, with Apple Pay on the banner strip; there are no per-method pages, so limits and timings per route remain unconfirmed. The terms set the frame: withdrawals start at £100 by bank, e-wallet or cryptocurrency alike, ceilings are £1,000 a day and £10,000 a month, requests typically clear within three banking days, and the first deposit has to be wagered at least once before anything leaves. That creates a clash with the welcome bonus: a player who banked the full £7,777 would need over a week of daily maximum withdrawals to clear it, and the casino’s £100,000 daily win cap is ten times what the monthly withdrawal ceiling would ever let you take home. Verification is the usual document round, and there are no listed payment fees, though the processing clause reserves discretion. It’s a cashier built to pay slowly and in slices, which is worth weighing against however good the bonus terms look to you.
Support and complaints
Support is 24/7 live chat, sold on the homepage as “real people, ready 24/7. Live support, not a bot”, plus two email addresses, support@trixino.com and complaints@trixino.com. There’s no customer support phone number. The complaints framework is the network’s: disagree with a game outcome and you have seven calendar days to say so; the operator then owes “a comprehensive response” within sixty business days, extendable, and anything still unresolved may, within 365 days, go to what the clause calls “an independent dispute resolution, arbitration, or the relevant court”: no body, scheme, arbitrator or jurisdiction is ever named, on the dispute page or anywhere else. The responsible gaming page carries the standard limit and self-exclusion tools, applied through support.

My Trixino verdict: the best terms in a family that sets them at will
Judged against its own sister sites, Trixino is the most player-friendly: 7x wagering on every stage of the slots welcome bonus, where some Trixino sister sites impose up to 30x for the same machinery. But the same comparison is the warning. One operator offers six different wagering requirements for similar bonuses across one near-identical platform, uses a licensing clause without a named licensee, has written terms including a template variable where the restricted games list should be, and claims years of trust for a casino that joined its network this month with no prior trading history. A casino this new has no record to be judged on.
For British players, the position is easy: Trixino’s own terms restrict the United Kingdom even as the site serves it; it has no UK Gambling Commission licence, and GAMSTOP self-exclusion means nothing here.
