Zingo Bingo’s About page does most of the introductions for me: it says the people behind Zingo also run Prime Casino, Genting Casino, Slingo and Spin Genie, so those four Zingo Bingo sister sites come first. PlayOJO joins them as the fifth, because its bingo offer is the one Zingo’s is easiest to measure against.

Genting Casino
- The bricks-and-mortar one: Genting Casino streams live tables from its real-world casinos, including Manchester, Resorts World Birmingham and The Palm Beach.
- No bingo here: Its menu includes Online Casino, Live Casino and Venues, but not bingo, so there’s nothing for Zingo’s bingo crowd.
- Match and spins: A first deposit of £10 or more gets a 100% match up to £25 and 50 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza, with 10x wagering on slots.
- Chips for the tables: The alternative offer swaps the spins for five 50p Golden Chips on Playtech live tables, using the code GoldBets.
- Same arrangement: Genting Casino is a white label brand on Skill On Net’s network, just like Zingo Bingo.
- Best for: Roulette fans who like the idea of a table in a casino they could walk into.

Prime Casino
- The quiet one: Navy and gold branding with no disco lights anywhere, quietly doing its thing since 2005.
- Genting’s twin offer: New players get exactly what Genting offers to new arrivals there, down to the £25 cap, the 50 spins and the slot they’re attached to.
- Familiar extras: Its features include Hot or Cold, Golden Chips and My Levels, all of which are also available at Zingo Bingo.
- Owned outright: Prime Casino is one of Skill On Net’s own brands, where Zingo Bingo is a white label.
- Casino first: It hosts more than 8,000 games from 30-plus studios, with live dealers and table games up front rather than bingo.
- Best for: Casino fans who’d like something more minimalist than Zingo Bingo’s party atmosphere.

Slingo
- The home of Slingo: It calls itself “Your official site for Slingo games” and offers 95 Slingo Originals.
- More of the same: Zingo Bingo also stocks Slingo Starburst, Slingo Big Wheel and Tetris Slingo, but this is where the full set lives.
- Spins on sign-up: A first deposit of £10 gets 133 Big Bass Bonanza spins, and whatever you win must be wagered 10 times.
- Bingo on the side: A Bingo tab leads to 14 rooms, including Jackpot Room Bingo, Pumpkin Blast, and Heavy Weight Bingo.
- Famous names, Slingo-style: Its Originals row opens with Slingo Rainbow Riches and Slingo Super Spin.
- Best for: Anyone who came to Zingo Bingo for the Slingo row and stayed for it.

Spin Genie
- The magic lamp brand: A bearded genie mascot in a smart jacket rises out of a purple cloud on its homepage, under the line “Your magical online casino destination”.
- Spins on Book of Dead: Your first £10 deposit gets 120 free spins on Book of Dead, with 10x wagering on what you win.
- A slots count to match: Its homepage confirms the casino hosts 9,516 slots, presumably the same set as Zingo Bingo’s 9500+.
- Different bingo rooms: Its 14 bingo options have the same room names as Slingo’s, like Boom Box Bingo and Country Roads Bingo, where Zingo Bingo uses different rooms like Disco Inferno and Zingo Beats.
- Tables too: A casino section of 1,066 games runs from Blackjack XChange to Pachinko.
- Best for: Book of Dead fans who fancy a bit of bingo between spins.

PlayOJO
- The no-wagering legend: PlayOJO promises no wagering requirements, ever, and pays bonus wins as cash.
- More tickets: Spend £10 on bingo and you get 500 free tickets worth up to 10p each, valid for 72 hours, against Zingo’s 360 tickets for 48 hours.
- Or spins instead: The casino option is 50 wager-free spins on Big Bass Bonanza for a £10 deposit, and you can’t claim both.
- Where the features come from: Prize Twister, Hot or Cold and OJO Levels are listed under OJO’s Specials here, the same names that turn up in Zingo’s FAQ.
- The flagship: PlayOJO is one of Skill On Net’s own brands rather than a white label like Zingo Bingo.
- Best for: Bingo fans who want more tickets for their tenner and no string attached to what they win.

Rob Hill
I checked Zingo Bingo from a UK connection, following the site’s links, and checked every promotion and advertising claim against its full terms, with the operator confirmed with the regulator. I opened an account and made a deposit.

Retro rooms, and plenty of slots
Zingo’s About page sells it as a “celebration of retro fun”, blending pop culture “from the swinging 60s to the glittering 2000s”, and the bingo lobby plays along. You’ll find Disco Inferno, The Main Stage, Electric 80’s, Millennium Mix, Zingo Beats, Retro Grid 75 and Vibe 50, alongside branded rooms such as Deal or No Deal, Fluffy Favourites Bingo and Age of the Gods Bingo. You can play 90, 80, 75 and 30-ball bingo, a 36-ball game called Cash Cubes, and a Newbie Room for new players. Better still, the lobby confirms jackpots, ticket prices and player counts before you log in. Tickets usually cost between 1p and £1, you can buy up to 100 per game in most rooms, and the chat is moderated, with hosts running chat games for extra prizes. Dab & Blab Live is a hosted game on Friday nights between 8pm and 10pm.
Away from bingo, the slots start with Book of Books, Fishin’ Frenzy Big Catch Megaways, Ghost Father, Big Bass Splash, Money Train 5 and Buffalo Blitz III, and the site’s slots guide picks out top titles from Blueprint Gaming, Pragmatic Play and Playtech. There’s a Slingo row, jackpot games such as Eye of Horus The Golden Tablet, scratch cards, Plinko, crash games, keno, and live casino and game shows. How big the library is (or isn’t) depends on where you look. The same homepage says “hundreds of real money online slots” in one paragraph, “6,000+ Slots & Jackpots” in another and “over 9,000 slots” in its banner. The About page also invites you into The Disco Den and The Daily Dash, but neither appears in the lobby, where the closest matches are Disco Inferno and Daily Dazzle.

Ownership: Skill On Net, with Kinetic Digital involved
UKGC Licensed, Skill On Net Limited (39326), click to verify
Zingo Bingo is run by Skill On Net Ltd, and the operator is confirmed twice on the site – once in the small print at the foot of the homepage and again on the About page. Both references give a Malta company number, C50024, and an address in Ta’ Xbiex, while the UK Gambling Commission’s record for the same company lists its head office in Limassol, Cyprus. Skill On Net has held a casino licence since 1 November 2014 and a bingo licence since 14 February 2020. Its UK register entry names 61 web addresses: 40 active addresses for its own brands, 2 inactive ones and 19 white labels. zingobingo.co.uk is one of the white labels, alongside Genting Casino and Slingo, and it’s the only one in the whole list with bingo in its name.
Zingo Bingo’s About page also says the site is “proudly brought to you by Kinetic Digital”, described as the team behind Prime Casino, Genting Casino, Slingo and Spin Genie, and the footer includes the Kinetic Digital logo next to the Skill On Net one. Skill On Net has no regulatory actions on its UK licence entry today, but in May 2023 it paid £305,150 over safer gambling and money laundering failings, which I cover in more detail on my Skill On Net Limited page.

Bonuses: tickets, deposit matches, and spins
New players get 360 free bingo tickets when they spend £10 on bingo. The tickets are worth up to 10p each, work only in selected rooms, and expire after 48 hours. The first-deposit match is called the Daily Pick, and you get to choose how it works: 100% up to £20 on bingo with 5x wagering, or 100% up to £20 on slots with 10x wagering. Either way, the minimum deposit is £10, and the maximum bet while the bonus is live is 10% of the bonus or £5, whichever is lower. Using the code bass50 on your first deposit adds 50 Big Bass Bonanza spins worth 10p each, and wagering just £1 on bingo qualifies you for up to 10 days of free games in the Newbie Room.
The regular games are where Zingo Bingo does well, with a £5,000 game in Daily Dazzle at 9pm every day and the hosted Friday games in Dab & Blab Live, where the card promises “£220,000+ Prizes” a month. The promotions page could use a tidy-up, though. The 2p Tuesdays terms say the offer runs “every Tuesday in August”, and the Saturday Shared Prize Pool terms say “every Saturday in July”, but both were still listed when I wrote this review at the end of September.
Payments: seven methods and a £10 wire charge
You can pay in and cash out with Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Trustly, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a bank transfer, and withdrawals must go back to the method you deposited with. The payments FAQ says the team aims to handle a withdrawal request in under 24 hours, after which e-wallets can take just hours and bank cards a few days, while the terms go further and aim for “within a few hours”. Wins of £5,000 or more can take longer while they’re verified. The same FAQ says Zingo “does not add any processing fees”, but the terms list a £10 charge on wire transfers under £500 and a £50 minimum for those transfers, so that’s the one method where the two pages disagree. Customer funds are kept apart from company funds in an account at Barclays, which the Gambling Commission calls medium protection. Leave your account untouched for 12 months and it becomes inactive, with £5 a month taken from the balance until you come back.
Support and complaints: long chat hours, no phone support
Live chat runs from 6am to midnight, but only once you’ve logged in, and the email address is support@zingobingo.co.uk. There’s no customer support phone number. If support can’t resolve a complaint you can ask for a manager, who should respond with a decision within 96 hours. After that, disputes about gambling transactions can go to eCOGRA, and its ruling is binding. The footer of the Zingo Bingo website has the right numbers and tools, with GamCare’s helpline on 0808 8020 133 and a GamStop logo, but it also still shows a “Take time to think” banner with the BeGambleAware name, even though GambleAware closed in March 2026.
Zingo Bingo’s reputation
Zingo Bingo’s Trustpilot profile is made up of 162 reviews, with an average score of 2.9, and the opinions are sharply split: 37% five-star and 47% one-star, with very little in between. The company claimed the profile in January 2026 and has replied to 98% of negative reviews, usually within a day. The recent one-star reviews keep coming back to the same few problems: identity documents turned down after a deposit, free tickets that couldn’t be used because another session was open, and marketing emails that didn’t stop when asked. One reviewer also says a self-exclusion on a sister site didn’t stop them playing here. I can’t confirm that from the outside, but if you want a block that covers every UK-licensed site at once, GamStop is the one to use.
What I like, and what I don’t
What I like
- A bingo lobby you can browse at will pre-registration, prices and jackpots included.
- Tickets from a penny or two, plus free games in the Newbie Room.
- Chat support from 6am until midnight.
- The operator is named in full on the homepage and the About page.
What I don’t
- Three different game counts on the same homepage.
- July and August promotions still listed in September.
- A “no fees” promise that the wire transfer charge contradicts.
- No phone line, and chat support only after you log in – useless if you’ve forgotten your password.
My Zingo Bingo sister sites verdict: a good bingo site that needs a proofreader
Underneath the disco balls, Zingo is a well-stocked bingo site on a big, established platform, and the bingo itself is the best part: cheap tickets, a proper lobby and hosted games with a bit of life to them. What lets it down is the paperwork around the fun. Numbers that don’t agree, rooms that don’t exist and offers that ran out weeks ago all suggest nobody’s staying on top of maintenance here, and the reviews suggest it all goes a lot more smoothly if your documents are accepted first time.
If you like the rooms, Zingo Bingo is a great place to play for a few pence a ticket. If it’s bigger bingo value you’re after, PlayOJO’s 500 tickets with no wagering is the stronger start. Slingo fans should go straight to Slingo, and anyone who’d rather be at a live roulette table should try Genting Casino.
