Panda Bingo sister sites in a nutshell
Panda Bingo has just changed zoos. The site now runs on ProgressPlay Limited’s UK licence, one of the biggest white-label operators in British gambling, after years as a Grace Media brand. Its top sister sites are bingo-led names profiled below, from Bubble Bingo to fellow recent mover Chit Chat Bingo.

Sister sites on a licence this size need narrowing down: ProgressPlay’s register entry carries 20 brands the operator runs as its own and another 103 white labels, Panda Bingo among them. Rather than tour a hundred shopfronts, I’ve profiled the licence’s bingo wing, the five sites a Panda Bingo player would recognise as kin. Two of them, Chit Chat Bingo and UK Bingo, are especially close relatives: they’ve also recently made the same Grace-to-ProgressPlay move and, like Panda Bingo, still sit on both registers while the paperwork catches up.

Bubble.Bingo
- House-owned, not white label: One of only 20 domains ProgressPlay runs as its own on the register, against Panda Bingo’s white-label status, which makes it the licence’s in-house bingo flagship.
- The best maths in the wing: Deposit £10 for a £20 bingo bonus at just 2x wagering, half Panda’s multiplier on half the money.
- The biggest menu: Casino and live-dealer tabs sit beside the bingo rooms, where Panda keeps its casino shelf more quietly behind the bingo front.
- Same machinery underneath: The platform smallprint matches Panda Bingo’s clause for clause, from the bonus-bets-only wagering line to the cashier rules.
- Best use: The Panda Bingo player who cares more about low wagering than a big headline number, and wants the operator’s own storefront rather than a tenant’s.

Queen’s Bingo
- The newly built neighbour: Bills itself as a “New Online Bingo Site Buzzing With Fun”, a storefront built on the licence rather than moved onto it like Panda Bingo.
- A template twin: Same bones, same footer, same platform terms word for word; only the crown-themed wallpaper differs from Panda’s paw prints.
- Royal purple against panda pink: The regal styling is the point of difference, because nothing structural is.
- Same shared support desk: Contact routes resolve to the network’s common help centre and support inbox, as Panda Bingo’s do.
- Best use: A clean swap for the player who wants a fresh site under the same rules, chosen purely on decor.

UK Bingo
- A fellow passenger in the removal van: uk-bingo.net made the same Grace-to-ProgressPlay move and its domain likewise sits on both registers today, Panda Bingo’s closest companion in the migration.
- “PROPER BRITISH BINGO”: Flags, seaside-postcard styling and a self-consciously old-school pitch where Panda Bingo goes cute.
- A bigger match, harder terms: Its 100% welcome bonus up to £50 runs at 10x wagering on bingo and minigames, more headroom than Panda’s £40 but two and a half times the workload.
- Same fresh paperwork: Footer and terms now name ProgressPlay, with the old register row lingering exactly as Panda’s does.
- Best use: The player who followed these brands from Grace Media and wants the most British-themed room in the new house.

Chit Chat Bingo
- The third mover: chitchatbingo.com completes the trio of domains that jumped from Grace Media’s register to ProgressPlay’s this summer.
- Community as the pitch: “Come for the bingo, stay for the chat” is the promise, leaning on chat hosts and socialising harder than any sibling.
- The biggest match in the wing: A 200% match up to £40 on a £10 deposit, though at 10x wagering, so Panda’s 4x remains the easier road to the same £40.
- Shared history, shared future: Like Panda Bingo, it spent years as a Grace Media bingo brand, so its rooms feel like family because until recently they were.
- Best use: The chat-first player; if the sociable half of bingo is why you play, this is the wing’s specialist.

Vampire Bingo
- Another charismatic mascot: Bats and fangs against paws and bamboo, proof the licence lets a strong theme carry an otherwise standard site, exactly Panda’s own trick.
- “Let’s take a bite!”: A £30 games bonus on a £10 deposit at 10x wagering, a smaller and harder-working offer than Panda’s.
- A longer-serving tenant: A ProgressPlay white label of some standing rather than a new arrival, useful for seeing how Panda’s setup looks once the dust settles.
- Identical cashier rulebook: The 1% capped withdrawal fee and the pending-bonus void rule read the same here as on Panda Bingo’s own pages.
- Best use: Night-shift bingo with the same terms in darker wallpaper; the natural second option for a theme-led player.

What Panda Bingo really is
The first surprise is the colour scheme: for a panda site, there’s remarkably little black and white. The lobby is a warm pink, and the panda itself lives in the details, paw prints stamped across the bingo card in the welcome banner, a logo mascot, and marketing copy that commits to the bit with lines about bonuses bursting “like bamboo fireworks”. Underneath the fur, it’s a recognisable ProgressPlay bingo build: six featured rooms including Deal or No Deal Bingo 90, Fish & Chips Frenzy, Fluffy Favourites Bingo, Daily Big One, Rainbow Riches Bingo and a Monthly Extravaganza, plus free bingo rooms, live bingo and free multiplayer games, with a casino tab riding along behind the bingo front.
The second surprise is on the About Us page, which opens “Founded in 2026, PandaBingo was established to provide quality entertainment…”. Panda Bingo was not founded in 2026; it traded for years as a Grace Media brand, and my own coverage of that operator once named it as the family’s crucial bingo corner. What’s happened since is a full relaunch: the ProgressPlay edition of Panda Bingo is new, and the platform’s boilerplate has quietly re-stamped the brand’s birth certificate to match. It’s a small thing, but it’s the on-site echo of the register story below.

Ownership: one domain, two registers
The footer of the Panda Bingo website names ProgressPlay Limited of St. Julians, Malta, company C58305, licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority under MGA/B2C/231/2012 and by the Gambling Commission under account 39335. That account is one of British gambling’s great umbrella licences: 20 domains the operator runs as its own plus 103 white labels, 123 live storefronts in all, with another 68 marked inactive. In May 2025 ProgressPlay paid a £1,000,000 regulatory settlement over social responsibility and money laundering control failings; the licence was retained, and the estate has kept growing since.
The paperwork, though, is still mid-move. On 31 July 2026, pandabingo.com appears as a white-label domain on ProgressPlay’s register entry and still sits on Grace Media’s entry (account 57869), the licence it spent its previous life on. It isn’t alone: chitchatbingo.com and uk-bingo.net show the same double listing, three bingo domains photographed halfway between two companies. The register is a live administrative document and the outdated entries will presumably be cleared in time, but until then the official record shows one small bingo brand with two different operators, and only the site’s own footer settles which one actually holds the keys.

Bonuses: £40 in, and at most £40 out
The welcome offer is simple on the homepage banner: deposit £10 and take a £40 bingo bonus, which the promotions page sells with full panda swagger as “PANDALICIOUS”. The wagering is gentle by the standards of this licence, 4x the bonus on bingo games within 30 days, calculated on bonus bets only, against the 10x most of the sister sites ask. Deposits must go through the bingo cashier to qualify; the minimum is £10, and Skrill and Neteller deposits are excluded, the network’s standard eWallet carve-out.
The catch sits one clause down: winnings convert to cash only up to 1x the bonus. However well the £40 runs, the most that can ever cross into real money from this offer is £40, and anything above the cap evaporates when the bonus is converted. Paired with the rule that any withdrawal request voids all active and pending bonuses, the shape is clear: this is a £40 taster of the bingo rooms, not a bankroll builder, and it’s fairer to read it that way going in. Within those walls it’s honestly priced; a 4x requirement on a bingo bonus is about as light as this operator’s terms get.
Beyond the welcome promotion, the calendar is almost empty at the time of writing, one offer deep on the promotions page, which is typical of a freshly relaunched white label; the sister sites suggest the shelf fills in as a site beds down.
Payments: a printed 1% toll at the exit
The cashier menu is good for a bingo site: debit cards, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, Payz, Apple Pay, PaySafeCard and instant bank payments through Truelayer, with withdrawals processed in about a business day and transfers taking one to seven depending on the method. MasterCard withdrawals aren’t available due to issuer restrictions, so MasterCard depositors should expect their money back by another route. Payment processing runs through Babaloo Limited of Gibraltar alongside ProgressPlay itself, names worth recognising on a bank statement before ringing the fraud line.
The number to know is printed plainly on the withdrawals page: withdrawals carry a processing fee of 1%, capped at £3. It’s the ProgressPlay signature, identical across the estate, and I’ll say of it what I’ve said on my reviews of the Panda Bingo sister sites: a printed fee beats a hidden one, but most UK-licensed competitors charge nothing at all, and on a £20 cashout the 20p toll is pure friction. Budget for it, and remember the companion rule that requesting a withdrawal voids any bonus still in play.
Support and complaints: the network’s shared desk
Support runs 24/7 through live chat, a contact form and email, and here the white-label seams show if you look: the help centre lives on the platform’s own casinopp.net domain and the support address is the network-wide instantgamesupport.com inbox, one desk answering for Panda Bingo and a hundred siblings alike. That’s not a criticism of the answers, which player reports describe as responsive, but it’s worth knowing that the name on the door doesn’t extend to the staff behind it.
The mandated UK machinery is present and correct: Gambling Commission licence details in the footer, GAMSTOP and GambleAware logos with working links, age verification, and the standard deposit-limit, time-out and self-exclusion tools listed on the responsible gambling pages.
Panda Bingo’s reputation: a short record, and a review picture behind the times
Panda Bingo’s player review history is short and quiet: a small stack of player reviews and bingo portal writeups describing fast withdrawals and helpful support, with nothing that amounts to a pattern. The more interesting finding is that the review portals themselves haven’t caught up with the move; the major bingo listings still credit the site to “Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited”, accurate until recently but wrong now.
What I like, and what I don’t
What I like
- 4x bingo wagering on the welcome bonus is the gentlest requirement in this wing of the licence, and it’s calculated on bonus bets only.
- The costs are printed rather than buried: the 1% capped withdrawal fee, the cash-out ceiling and the pending-bonus void rule are all stated on the site’s own pages.
- A flexible cashier for a bingo site, PayPal and instant bank payments included, with roughly one-day processing.
- The migration was done properly where it counts: the live site’s footer, licence details and terms all name the new operator accurately.
What I don’t
- The 1x cap on converting winnings means the welcome offer can never pay out more than £40, a barrier the cheerful banner doesn’t mention.
- A 1% fee on every withdrawal, however small the cap, on a licence whose operator paid a £1,000,000 regulatory settlement in May 2025.
- The paperwork trail is untidy: the domain still sits on the old operator’s register, and the About Us page’s “Founded in 2026” line erases the brand’s actual history.
- Support and complaints run through the network’s shared desk, so the brand on the door has no staff of its own behind it.
My Panda Bingo verdict: same panda, new zoo
Strip away the moving boxes, and Panda Bingo is a perfectly serviceable UK bingo site: licensed, honest about its costs, gentler than its new sister sites on welcome offer wagering, and carrying the familiar branded rooms from Rainbow Riches to Deal or No Deal. The things I’d change – the withdrawal fee, the £40 cash-out ceiling, the shared support desk – are ProgressPlay platform furniture rather than Panda Bingo problems, and they apply to every sister site a player might pick instead.
With this review, what I’ve seen is a brand caught mid-migration with its domain on two register entries at once, its About page claiming a 2026 birthday, and the other review sites still crediting an operator it no longer belongs to. None of that costs a player money, but all of it rewards the five minutes of checking this page has done for you. If you liked Panda Bingo at the old zoo, it’s still recognisably the same animal; just know that the £40 on the poster is also the most the site will ever pay, and that 20p of every £20 you withdraw stays behind with the keeper.
Panda Bingo sister sites FAQ: your questions answered
What are Panda Bingo’s sister sites?
Everything on ProgressPlay Limited’s UK licence, which spans 123 live domains. The closest are the licence’s bingo-led sites: Bubble Bingo, Queen’s Bingo, UK Bingo, Chit Chat Bingo and Vampire Bingo, with UK Bingo and Chit Chat Bingo sharing Panda’s recent move from Grace Media.
Who owns Panda Bingo?
ProgressPlay Limited, a Maltese company (C58305) licensed by the Gambling Commission under account 39335, as the site’s own footer states. The brand previously ran on Grace Media’s licence, and as of 31 July 2026 its domain still appears on both operators’ register entries while the move settles.
Is Panda Bingo safe and legal for UK players?
It’s licensed for Britain under ProgressPlay’s account 39335, with GAMSTOP, age verification and the standard player protection tools in place. Worth knowing: ProgressPlay paid a £1,000,000 regulatory settlement in May 2025 over social responsibility and money laundering control failings, and kept its licence.
What’s the Panda Bingo welcome offer?
Deposit £10 through the bingo cashier and receive a £40 bingo bonus with 4x wagering on bingo games within 30 days, calculated on bonus bets only. Winnings convert to real money only up to 1x the bonus, so £40 is the maximum the offer can pay, and Skrill and Neteller deposits don’t qualify.
Why do some other sites say Panda Bingo is a Grace Media site?
Because it was one until very recently. The brand moved to ProgressPlay’s licence, the site’s footer and terms now name the new operator, and the old register listing simply hasn’t been cleared yet. Listings crediting Grace Media are out of date rather than describing a different site.
