A casino that comes with friends
This is quite a strange name for an online casino. “Casino and Friends” reads like an answer to “who’s coming tonight?”, and the casino leans into that grammar: its friendly welcome banner is a crowd of five smiling people mid-celebration, and the tone of the copy keeps the register of a party invitation, “we’re always here to help you”, “Come and play with us”. What the brand can’t do is spell itself consistently. The coin-shaped logo writes “CASINO and friends” with the second half in handwritten script; the body copy runs the words together as “Casino&Friends” with an ampersand; the Trustpilot profile introduces the company as “Casino and Friends” with everything spaced; and the missing page notice signs itself “Casino and friends” with a lowercase f. Four spellings, one casino.
My reading of the name is the literal one. This is a white label of Skill on Net, and its friends are its stablemates: 18 other white labels on the same licence, from GeckoPlay to Zingo Bingo, plus 40 own-brand names above them, nearly every one running the same platform as this site. The friendliest casino name in the family belongs, fittingly, to the site with the least to say about itself; the About copy is boilerplate that could hang in any of those lobbies, and the promotions page, as covered below, at one point forgets which site it’s on.
The portfolio is the operator’s usual deep one. The footer discloses the operator, the Malta company number and the licence in full, one click from the Commission’s register, while the register itself gives the operator’s head office as Limassol, Cyprus. The brand isn’t new, either: its Trustpilot profile has been claimed since August 2023.
On the record, two contrasting facts exist side by side. The register shows no regulatory actions against the licence today, but Skill On Net made a £305,150 regulatory payment in May 2023 over safer gambling and money-laundering failings. Neither fact cancels the other – the settlement has simply been removed from the register because more than three years have elapsed since the incident.
Bonuses: 150 spins on the homepage, 125 in the tab
The welcome offer is 150 free spins on Big Bass Splash at 10p a spin, a £15 face value, for a first deposit of £10 or more, and the promotions page prints the rulebook beside it: 10x wagering on the spin winnings with only slots counting, a maximum bet of 10% of those winnings or £5 (whichever is lower), spins to be used before deposited funds, and the reassurance that bonuses “do not prevent withdrawing deposit balance”. There they’re specific enough: wire transfer withdrawals carry a £10 surcharge under £500 and are free above it, with a £50 minimum wire transaction; cards and online wallets withdraw without charge; and the operator “aims to process all withdrawals within a few hours”, with play reviewed against the terms and bonus policy before anything is paid.
The structural clauses are the network’s standard set: customer funds sit segregated at Barclays under the Commission’s “medium protection” tier, stated verbatim, and eCOGRA serves as the free dispute body whose ruling the terms make binding on the casino. The clause to diarise is dormancy: after 12 months of inactivity, the account imposes a £5 monthly fee, and there’s no promise to try to return the balance first, so a forgotten tenner will eventually become the casino’s. The email address is support@casinoandfriends.com, a .com inbox serving a .co.uk casino. The About page goes further and claims support is “available via email and phone”, but no phone number is listed anywhere, including the contact page whose job that would be. Treat this as an email-and-chat operation whatever the About copy says. Complaints escalate to eCOGRA, whose ruling binds the operator, and GAMSTOP sits in the footer alongside the safer gambling tools.

For some reason, the casino has two Trustpilot profiles: the .co.uk address has a blank, unclaimed page with no reviews at all, while casinoandfriends.com is the claimed profile, seven reviews scoring 2.3, with every review from the last twelve months at one star. The gripes are familiar: welcome spins that didn’t arrive and bonus value complaints, but a sample this small isn’t enough to provide balance. What the profile does show is the brand answering in character: the operator replies under the Casino and Friends name are written in the same chummy register as the site, apologising by first name and, in the most recent case, pointing the reviewer to the missing spins waiting in their rewards section, with ten extra added. My Casino and Friends sister sites verdict: good company, interchangeable host
Structurally there’s nothing to fear here: a fully disclosed Skill on Net white label with medium-protection funds at Barclays, binding eCOGRA rulings, GAMSTOP, and a welcome offer whose full terms are printed where you claim it. The 150 spins are a stronger welcome offer than most of the platform manages; the bingo rooms are a point of actual difference; and my housekeeping complaints – the out-of-date tabs, the three game counts, the phantom phone line – are about accuracy rather than anything that might cost you money. The name, meanwhile, is the truest thing here: this casino does come with friends, sixty of them on one licence, and its promotions page occasionally borrows one of their names by mistake.
That’s also the limit of my recommendation, because friends this close are easy to swap.
