Important licensing note
Club Player Casino has no UK Gambling Commission licence, and the Anjouan licence its terms mention isn’t on the Anjouan Gaming register. It blocks UK visitors and its terms bar the UK, so GAMSTOP doesn’t apply, and I’d advise anyone in Britain to avoid it and all its sister sites.

The Club Player Casino sister sites
All 13 Primrose Media casinos share one set of terms and one games lobby, so I’ve picked the five Club Player Casino sister sites whose welcome offers and daily extras give you the clearest choice. Like Club Player Casino, they work in US dollars, and I’ve converted their figures into pounds at a 1:1 rate.
Slot Madness
- The cartoon one: Slot Madness is bright orange and yellow, with a cartoon robber and a wild-eyed old professor as mascots, and it uses the slogan “We’re all mad!”
- A bigger welcome bonus: Code MAD275 gets you a 275% matched deposit bonus from £30, with 30x wagering on slots and keno and no cap on cash-outs.
- A bonus that needs a big deposit: The homepage promises “£2,750 free”, which at 275% means depositing £1,000.
- A bonus that contradicts itself: Its 125% offer is labelled “No Playthrough”, then “40x on Table Games & Video Poker” in the same line.
- A bold payout claim: The homepage advertises “97.5% Payout Odds”, without saying where the figure comes from.
- Best for: Slots players who want a bigger match than Club Player Casino’s 250%.
Crypto Loko
- The crypto one: Crypto Loko is pink and blue, with a penguin in a woolly hat and a golden Buddha on its homepage.
- The biggest deposit boost: Code GOLOKO gives you a 505% matched deposit bonus and 55 free spins on Neon Wheel 7s from £20, or 550% and 75 spins if you pay in Litecoin.
- Smaller than it sounds: Your deposit and bonus together are capped at £1,000, wagering is 30x, and cash-outs are limited to 13 times your deposit.
- A big payout promise: It calls itself the “#1 casino for super fast cashouts – guaranteed”, and its homepage says “Got paid in less than 18 minutes”.
- Daily spins: Depositing players can claim free spins every day, which it adds up to “558 per month”.
- Best for: Players who already use crypto and want the biggest matched deposit welcome bonus on the network.
Captain Jack Casino
- The pirate one: Captain Jack Casino is set on a pirate ship off a tropical island, with a red-coated captain, a treasure chest, and a parrot.
- Spins with the match: Its welcome package is a 200% matched deposit bonus plus 35 free spins on the newest slots, with code JACKPOT200.
- One offer on show: That welcome package is the only offer on its promotions page.
- A low game count: Its homepage promises “200+ Legendary Casino Games”, where most Club Player Casino sister sites aim higher.
- Handy filters: Its trending games can be sorted by most played, top paying, and best RTP.
- Best for: Players who want free spins alongside their welcome bonus.
Palace of Chance
- The sleek one: Palace of Chance is black and silver with a crown for a logo, and lets you switch between dark and light modes.
- A “No Rules” welcome bonus: New players get a 200% “No Rules” sign-up bonus, and it’s the only offer on its promotions page.
- Some rules after all: At Club Player Casino, “No Rules” bonuses still carry 1x wagering and can’t be used on table games or video poker unless stated otherwise, so read Palace of Chance’s terms before assuming there are none.
- A big boast: Its page title calls it the “No.1 Casino”, which is a lot to claim for a casino with no recognised licence.
- The same new games: Shadow Gods leads its homepage, as it does at Club Player Casino.
- Best for: Players who’d rather have low wagering than a big percentage on their welcome bonus.
Planet 7 Casino
- The escapist one: Planet 7 Casino goes for dark red and black as a colour scheme, and the reels on its homepage spell out “Escape to Planet 7”.
- Free spins every day: It gives depositing players 14 free spins a day, “EVERY. DAY.”, in its own words.
- A smaller welcome bonus: Its welcome offer is a 200% matched deposit bonus, against 250% at Club Player Casino.
- The same new releases: Shadow Gods, Crimson Castle, Treasure Sparks, and Henferno top its homepage, just as they top Club Player Casino’s lobby.
- A simple homepage: Its homepage carousel has three slides: the daily spins, its newest game, and the welcome bonus.
- Best for: Regular players who’d rather have daily spins than one big bonus.
The groundwork for this Club Player Casino review
This is what my Club Player Casino review rests on, and the principles behind all my reviews are on my About Us page.
Rob Hill
I tested Club Player Casino in the version shown to players in the countries it serves, opened every offer, compared it with the terms, and counted the games in its lobby. I then checked its licence claim against the regulator’s records and reviewed the Club Player Casino sister sites’ offers during the same visit.

Primrose Media Limited (Anjouan company 15804), named in the terms with an address in Mutsamudu
None. The terms say it’s licensed in Anjouan, without a licence number, but the Anjouan Gaming register doesn’t list Primrose Media
Club Player Casino’s homepage, games lobby, Promotions and Re-Deposit Bonus pages, VIP Program, Banking, Contact Us, About Us, FAQ, Terms and Conditions, and sign-up page; its UK block page; the Anjouan Gaming register; the homepages and welcome offers of Slot Madness, Crypto Loko, Captain Jack Casino, Palace of Chance, and Planet 7 Casino; Club Player Casino’s Trustpilot profile; google.co.uk; and, for my UK pick, hippodromeonline.com and the UK Gambling Commission’s records for Betway Limited.

Best Club Player Casino sister sites by player type
If you pay with crypto
Crypto Loko adds extra deposit boosts and spins for Litecoin deposits.
If you play most days
Planet 7 Casino gives depositing players 14 free spins every day.
If you hate heavy wagering
Palace of Chance leads with a “No Rules” bonus rather than a big wagering requirement.
Why regulars get a better deal than new players
Most casinos save their biggest offer for new customers. Club Player Casino does the opposite. Its welcome offer, with code WELCOME250, is a 250% matched deposit bonus for slots and keno, with 30x wagering and no cap on withdrawals. The catch is that the bonus is “non-cashable”, so you can’t withdraw the bonus amount itself, and it’s taken off your balance when you cash out.
Once you’ve made that first deposit, the Re-Deposit Bonus page opens up three bigger offers, all from £50. “The Headspinner”, code SLOTS330, is a 330% match on slots and keno at 30x wagering with no cash-out cap. “The Skyrocketer”, code BIGSLOTS650, is a 650% bonus at 30x wagering, although cash-outs are capped at 10x. “The Green Felt Bonus”, code ALLOWED200, is a 200% bonus aimed at table game players, sold with “No Playthrough” and “No Max Cash-Out”.
That last one doesn’t quite match the terms. Under the terms, a “No Play / No Max” bonus, which includes anything called “No Rules”, still needs 1x wagering on slots, keno, and scratch cards, and can’t be used on table games or video poker “unless specifically stated otherwise”. The page says the Green Felt Bonus works on “All Allowed Games”, without saying which games those are. Elsewhere, the About Us page promises “up to 40% insurance per month” for VIPs, but the VIP page tops out at 35% monthly cashback, and the page title advertises “No Deposit Free Casino Bonus Codes” that don’t appear on either of its promotions pages.
Who owns Club Player Casino?
The terms, updated on 30 September 2026, say the casino is owned by Primrose Media Limited, a company registered in Anjouan with registration number 15804 and an address in Hamchako, Mutsamudu. They add that it’s “Licensed in the State of Anjouan under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005”, but they don’t give a licence number, there’s no licence seal in the footer, and the FAQ simply says “Yes, we are completely licensed”.
The Anjouan Gaming register doesn’t back that up. Searching its 1,278 licences for Primrose or Club Player Casino brings up nothing, even though a search for a genuine licensee such as Softon Ltd returns its entry immediately. Primrose Media owns 12 other casinos, including Raging Bull Slots, Ruby Slots, and Slots of Vegas, and those three include a licence number in their footers, but there’s no evidence the licence exists. Club Player Casino doesn’t even go that far.
Getting paid takes up to four working weeks
Paying in is quick. Bitcoin, Litecoin, and Ethereum take from £30 up to £100,000 with no fee and arrive within minutes, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover take £30 to £1,000 instantly but charge a fee of 3% to 10%, and Changelly takes £60 to £200. The banking page boasts of “one of the best records in the industry for successful deposits”, which is a telling thing to boast about.
Taking money out is slower and costs more. Bitcoin withdrawals run from £50 to £2,500 with a fee of up to £40, bank transfers from £100 to £2,500 with a fee of up to £20, and cheques from £100 to £2,500 with a fee of up to £25, all taking 7 to 10 days. Coindraw is quicker, at up to 7 days, but takes a 5% cut.
On top of that, the terms build in a wait of their own. Approval takes 7 to 10 business days, and payment is then made 7 to 10 business days after that, so a withdrawal can take four working weeks from request to arrival. No more than £2,500 is approved or sent per week unless your VIP level is higher, and if you haven’t wagered your deposit at least once, there’s an 8% fee, with a minimum of £4.
A members’ club with the same 263 games as everyone else
Club Player Casino leans hard on the club idea. The logo is a yellow script with a club suit on a shield, the site is deep maroon and black, the homepage shows a Las Vegas skyline at night, and the About Us page invites you to “be a part of a very exclusive, very rewarding club”, with “the most rewarding VIP Club in the industry”. Membership, it turns out, is for sale. The VIP page offers instant level upgrades for £500, £1,000, £3,000, £5,000, or £8,000, with the top level bringing 35% monthly cashback and £7,500 a week in withdrawals.
The slots are all from RealTime Gaming, and the most popular include Plentiful Treasure, Fu Long Treasures, Crimson Castle, Mighty Drums, Cash Chaser, Fat Ca$h, Olympus Thunderhold, Oz Golden Trail, Winnie the Piggie Las Vegas, and Cash Bandits 3. You can play in your browser or download the software for Windows, and the FAQ says the random number generator is certified by Technical Systems Testing. There’s no live dealer section.
The site can’t agree on how many games it has. The homepage says “150+”, the About Us page says “over 100”, and the lobby’s All Games tab lists 263, the same number you’ll find at its sister sites.
Live chat and email, and a three-day window to complain
Support is through live chat or email at help@clubplayercasino.com, both available 24/7 according to the contact page, and there’s no phone number. If you want to complain, the terms say to email from your registered address, and they aim to reply within 28 days. However, you only have three days to lodge a dispute.
After that, there’s the Central Dispute System, which the terms call “a third-party dispute system”, although the same section begins by saying “all decisions made by the Casino are final”. The terms also limit the casino’s liability to £500 and let it delete accounts that haven’t been used for two years. If you want to self-exclude, you have to ask through live chat. Players must be 21 or over, and the FAQ, asked whether winnings will be reported to the IRS, replies “Of course not.”
What do players say about Club Player Casino?
Club Player Casino’s Trustpilot profile has 53 reviews and a score of 1.4, and 94% of them are one star. The casino hasn’t claimed the profile, so there are no replies. The reviewers keep describing the same problem: winning, requesting a withdrawal, and then waiting for approval that never comes, with support emails going unanswered. One player says Club Player Casino sent them free chips to tempt them back, then refused to pay out after they’d cleared £900 of wagering, citing “token usage”. Another says a partner’s Bitcoin withdrawal, chosen because it’s meant to be the quickest, still hadn’t arrived.
There’s also a “Club Player Casino” site at clubplayer.org that isn’t Club Player Casino at all. It claims to be the original casino started “back in 2004” under a licence from Costa Rica, but its “Play Now” buttons lead to other casinos, such as Jackpot City and Lucky Nugget.
A balanced view
Points in its favour
- Re-deposit bonuses of up to 650% for returning players.
- Fee-free crypto deposits that arrive within minutes.
- A named owner included in the terms, which not every offshore casino offers.
Points against
- Claims to hold an Anjouan licence, but Anjouan Gaming doesn’t recognise it.
- Withdrawals that can take four working weeks, with fees on most methods.
- A three-day window to raise a dispute, and the casino’s decision is final.
- Game counts, VIP perks, and bonus labels that don’t match from page to page.
My Club Player Casino sister sites verdict: a members’ club that’s slow to pay its members
Club Player Casino sells exclusivity, but there’s nothing exclusive about it. It runs the same games and the same kind of terms as the other Primrose Media casinos, its bonuses are labelled in ways the terms don’t always honour, and its own pages can’t agree on what it offers. The bigger offers for returning players are a nice touch, but they’re only worth having if you can get your money out, and the terms, the slow approval process, and the player reviews all suggest that’s where things go wrong.
Its sister sites change the costume and the bonus percentage, but not the rules underneath. If you’re in Britain and the idea of a proper club appeals, Hippodrome Online Casino is the licensed way to get it. Betway Limited runs it under UK Gambling Commission licence 39372, it streams live roulette from the Hippodrome in London, and new players get a 100% match up to £100 on a first deposit of £20 or more, with 10x wagering, plus 100 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza.
