Important licensing note

Ruby Slots holds no UK Gambling Commission licence and shows British visitors a “not available” page, so you’d have no GAMSTOP, no UK dispute service and none of the UK’s player protections. Anjouan Gaming’s own validation page marks the licence in its footer INVALID, so please give Ruby Slots and its sister sites a wide berth.

The Ruby Slots sister sites

Ruby Slots makes a big deal about having no wagering, so these five Ruby Slots sister sites are the best ones to compare bonus terms with.

ruby slots sister sites banner
raging bull slots logo

Raging Bull Slots

  • The bull one: Raging Bull Slots is black and lime green, with a gold-horned logo and a dark bullring behind every page, a long way from Ruby Slots’ bright red style.
  • Wagering up front: Its welcome package, code MIGHTY250, requires 10x wagering on slots and keno (40x for crypto deposits), while Ruby Slots’ homepage claims there’s none at all.
  • A higher ceiling: That package goes up to 250% and £2,500, plus 50 free spins on Mighty Drums.
  • “Fast”, it says: Its promotions page calls withdrawals of 4 to 10 business days fast, even though the terms it shares with Ruby Slots allow longer.
  • Cashback with strings attached: Weekly Insurance hands back up to 45% after a losing week, but it has to be played through 40 times on slots before you can withdraw it.
  • Best for: Players who’d rather see the wagering figure on the offer than trust a no-playthrough advert.
silver oak casino logo

Silver Oak Casino

  • The pastel one: Silver Oak Casino goes for pale blue and gold, with a silver-leaved oak and a gang of cartoon characters, including Zeus and a laughing baby Buddha.
  • Undersold, not oversold: Its homepage claims “over 180+ games” for the same 263-game lobby that Ruby Slots says has more than 400.
  • No owner on show: Its footer names no operator and gives no licence number, where Ruby Slots names Primrose Media Limited and quotes one.
  • Standard wagering: Its SILVER260 welcome bonus for new players, worth 260% and 35 free spins, falls under the family’s usual 40x wagering terms rather than any no-playthrough promise.
  • VIP status for sale: Its VIP Program lets you buy your way up a level, at prices from £500 to £8,000.
  • Best for: Players who prefer a gentler, pastel cartoon look to Ruby Slots’ wall of red.
slots of vegas logo

Slots of Vegas

  • The showgirl one: Slots of Vegas is all dark purple, with cartoon showgirls and a masked robber hanging off a jackpot lever on its homepage.
  • A bonus free-for-all: Its promotions page lists more than a dozen coupon codes, covering everything from no-deposit spins to matched bonuses with no cap on winnings.
  • A higher percentage: Its welcome bonus is 285% with 77 free spins, beating Ruby Slots’ 250%.
  • Spins without a deposit: You can bag up to 100 free spins a day through Daily Free Spins, no deposit required.
  • A longer crypto list: Tether, USD Coin, Dogecoin, and Bitcoin Lightning join Bitcoin, Litecoin and Ethereum among its payment options.
  • Best for: Bonus hunters who like to pick a fresh promotion for every deposit.
prism casino logo

Prism Casino

  • The other gem: Prism Casino uses a small crystal in its logo, a close cousin of Ruby Slots’ ruby, set against navy with streaks of rainbow light.
  • Same percentage, more spins: Its sign-up code PRISMTASTIC250 matches Ruby Slots’ 250% and adds 60 free spins on deposits of £30 or more.
  • Terms unclear: The banner promises a 250% matched-deposit welcome promotion, but the site’s page title advertises a 350% bonus instead.
  • Games sorted three ways: Its Trending Games row has tabs for Most Played, Top Paying and Best RTP.
  • Help at all hours: Its contact page offers live chat, a form and support@prismmails.com, with staff on hand 24 hours a day.
  • Best for: Players who want a Ruby Slots sister site with free spins on top of the 250%.
coolcat casino logo

CoolCat Casino

  • The cool cat: CoolCat Casino is navy and neon, with a pink cartoon cat celebrating under a Vegas-style sign on a city street at night.
  • Honest about wagering: Its ALLCOOLGAMES code gives 250% as a matched deposit with a 15x playthrough, and no cash-out limit, which is at least upfront about the strings Ruby Slots says don’t exist.
  • Too many errors: Its welcome offer is £3,000 on the homepage, £3,300 in the page title, and £4,000 on the contact page, making Ruby Slots’ two mismatched versions look tidy by comparison.
  • Spins on Popiñata: Its WELCOME200 code gives 200% as a matched deposit plus 50 free spins on Popiñata at 15x, for a deposit of £50 or more.
  • An empty live casino: Its games lobby has a Live Dealer tab, but clicking it only takes you back to the lobby.
  • Best for: Players who’d take a clearly stated 15x wagering over an unsupported promise of no playthrough.

How this Ruby Slots review was made

Below is what my Ruby Slots review relies on, and my About Us page explains how I review every casino.

Rob Hill
Research method
I reviewed Ruby Slots as a new player from one of the countries it accepts, compared every version of its welcome offer against the bonus rules in its terms, and judged its licence based on the regulator’s records rather than its own claims. I didn’t sign up or deposit.

A “No Playthrough” bonus that still needs a playthrough

Ruby Slots operates in US dollars, so I’ve converted every amount to pounds at a 1:1 rate. The welcome offer is a 250% bonus with code RUBY250, for a deposit of £30 or more, and the site pushes it hard. The homepage banner promises “No Playthrough”, “No Max Cashout” and a £30 minimum deposit, and the bonus page says the offer “comes with zero playthrough requirements or cash-out limits”.

The terms tell a different story. Bonuses described as “No Rules” or “No Play / No Max” still require a 1x playthrough on slots, keno, bingo, board games, plinko, and scratch cards, and you can’t use them on table games or video poker at all. More importantly, you can’t cash out the bonus amount, and it’s removed from your withdrawal. So if you deposit £100 and take a £250 bonus, you’ll have to play it through once first, and whatever you cash out will have the £250 taken off. That’s a long way from “zero playthrough”.

Scroll further down the homepage, and there’s a different version listed. Here, the 250% welcome bonus includes 25 free spins on the newest slots, for slots and keno only, with “Low Wagering Requirements”, winnings capped at £1,000, and the code redeemable only once. Low wagering, no wagering and 1x wagering can’t all be true of the same bonus, and a £1,000 cap is the opposite of “No Max Cashout”. It’s sloppy at best and misleading at worst, and it’s the main reason I wouldn’t trust a word of the copy on the Ruby Slots Casino homepage.

Elsewhere, the no deposit promotion offers 25 free spins with code TREASURE25, and a second new player code, NEW250, is almost hidden behind one of the homepage’s sign-up buttons. Ordinary deposit bonuses follow the family’s standard rules: 40x wagering on slots and 60x on table games and video poker. The promotions page also promises that claiming is “as easy as 1-2-3!”, then lists four steps, which feels about right for this site.

Over 400 games? The lobby has 263

Ruby Slots is bold and bright. The logo turns the “o” in slots into a cut red ruby, the homepage is a sheet of crimson, and on the day this review was written the featured Game of the Month was Masks of Atlantis, flanked by glowing-eyed stone masks and an octopus. Below are icons for the lobby, slots, table games, video poker, speciality games, and the full list, and the sign-up button notes that registration is “powered by” Inclave, a separate login service.

The top of the Ruby Slots homepage, as displayed on 20th October 2026.

The bonus page talks up “over 400 premium casino games”. However, the All Games lobby lists 263, all from RealTime Gaming, made up of 228 slots, 9 speciality games, 11 table games, and 15 kinds of video poker. Shadow Gods, Crimson Castle, Treasure Sparks and Henferno head the new releases, and they’re the same games you’ll find across the family. 263 is a decent number for a single-studio casino, so there was no need to inflate it, and we don’t know why Ruby Slots has done so.

Who owns Ruby Slots?

Ruby Slots’ footer names its owner as Primrose Media Limited, registered on the Comoros island of Anjouan under company number 15804, and quotes licence ALSI-202409021-F12. The terms say only that the casino is “Licensed in the State of Anjouan”, under the island’s Computer Gaming Licensing Act.

Click the Anjouan Gaming seal, and its validation page gives the operating status as invalid. Anjouan Gaming’s public licence register doesn’t list Primrose Media Limited or that licence number, so the regulator has nothing to back the footer up. Ruby Slots pays in dollars and only takes players aged 21 or over; the US isn’t among its restricted countries, and the UK is. Try to visit from Britain, and you’re told Ruby Slots “is not available in your country”, and given an email address instead.

Thirteen casinos in all list Primrose Media Limited as their owner. Besides Ruby Slots and the five profiled above, there are Palace of Chance, Club Player Casino, Captain Jack Casino, Crypto Loko, Slot Madness, Planet 7 Casino and Dreams Casino.

Deposits in minutes, withdrawals in weeks

The banking system is the network’s standard one. Bitcoin, Litecoin and Ethereum deposits carry no fee, land in two or three minutes and range from £30 to £100,000. Card payments with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover go through instantly, but cost 3% to 10% and have a £1,000 cap, while Changelly handles £60 to £200 for free.

Getting paid is slower. Under the terms, a withdrawal can take up to 10 business days to approve and another 10 to pay, and you can withdraw only £2,500 per week, with a monthly limit of £10,000 that drops to £5,000 once your balance is ten times your deposits. Withdraw a deposit you haven’t wagered at least once and an 8% fee applies, with a £4 minimum. Put that next to a bonus that reduces your withdrawal, and a win on the welcome offer could shrink and slow down at the same time.

Email support with a 48-hour wait

The Contact Us page gives one address, support@rubyslotsmail.com, and promises an answer within 48 hours. The same address appears on the page UK visitors are shown, and the promotions page ends with a cheerful “Just reach out to our team!”.

If you do have a dispute, the shared terms give you three days from the bet being settled to raise it, and they limit the casino’s liability to £500. Neither does much for a player stuck in a month-long wait.

Ruby Slots’ reputation

Ruby Slots’ Trustpilot profile has 101 reviews and a rating of 1.6, and the business hasn’t claimed it. The one-star reviews nearly all come back to money. Players talk about withdrawals that took more than a month, a Bitcoin payout sent to a wallet address the player no longer had access to after a month of waiting, and approvals that were still pending a week after a request. One reviewer who says they’ve played there for years says crypto withdrawals now take about a month, and that the old ones took far longer. There’s also a small run of short five-star reviews, mostly from September 2025, from players saying they won and were paid, so payouts do happen. They just don’t seem to happen quickly, which fits the terms.

A Ruby Slots copycat in Sweden

There’s a site at rubyslots.se that calls itself Ruby Slots Casino, with a red-dressed woman and a roulette wheel on the homepage, a 400% bonus and 350 free spins “Completely Without Wagering Requirements”. It isn’t Ruby Slots. Its Register button opens a casino called RoyalXO, with an affiliate tag in the address. If you’re looking for the real Ruby Slots, ignore it, and if you’re looking for a casino to trust, ignore both.

A balanced view

Points in its favour

  • A bright, simple layout where everything is a click or two away.
  • 263 RealTime Gaming titles, including 15 video poker games.
  • A support email with a stated 48-hour reply time.

Points against

  • A “No Playthrough” welcome bonus that the terms say needs 1x playthrough and is removed when you withdraw.
  • A second version of the same offer with “Low Wagering” and a £1,000 cap.
  • An Anjouan Gaming licence shown as invalid and missing from the regulator’s register.
  • Withdrawals that can take up to four working weeks, at £2,500 a week.

My Ruby Slots sister sites verdict: a no-wagering promise the terms don’t stick to

I like the look of Ruby Slots, and the games are fine if RealTime Gaming slots are your thing. But a casino that can’t keep the terms of its own welcome offer straight on one page isn’t one I’d hand my money to. Its whole pitch is that the bonus is free of strings, and its rules are full of them. Add a licence that doesn’t check out and payouts measured in weeks, and the bright red branding starts to look like a warning sign. Its sister sites run on the same terms under the same owner, so moving to one of them only changes the colour scheme.

Ruby Slots doesn’t accept UK players in any case. If a bonus with no wagering is what caught your eye, Casushi does it properly. It’s licensed by the UK Gambling Commission to Solaya Group Limited (account 100050), and new players who deposit £10 and stake £10 on slots get 40 free spins on Big Bass Splash, with no wagering and the winnings paid as cash.
