Important licensing note
Izzi Casino holds Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/570/0396 but no UK Gambling Commission licence, and its terms and website both shut out UK players. Without a UK licence there are no UK protections, no GAMSTOP, and no UK regulator to turn to, so players in Britain shouldn’t go looking for another way in.

Five Izzi Casino sister sites from the Galaktika side of the family
These five Izzi Casino sister sites share its software, its tournaments, and much of its promotions page, but a different company runs them, so I’ve chosen the ones where the differences in bonuses, extras, and style are easiest to spot.
Legzo Casino
- A different operator: Legzo Casino is run by Galaktika N.V., not Carrer N.V., under its own Curaçao licence, OGL/2024/169/0146.
- The purple one: Its homepage is a deep purple, with illustrated female characters, whereas Izzi Casino uses neon signs and cherries.
- Same welcome bonus: The welcome pack of up to £400 and 500 free spins matches the first deposit part of Izzi Casino’s offer.
- A wheel a day: Legzo Casino has a daily giveaways wheel and cashback of up to 7%, both just like Izzi Casino’s.
- Its own slot: LEGZO Punk Bonus Buy is named after the casino, and there’s a weekly Lucky League tournament with a £15,000 prize pool.
- Best for: Players who’d like an Izzi Casino sister site with the same starting bonus but a brighter, more playful look.
Jet Casino
- A different operator: Jet Casino is also run by Galaktika N.V. rather than Carrer N.V., on the same Curaçao licence as Legzo Casino.
- Missions and coins: Its PromoHub sets missions that earn coins, which you can swap for bonuses in a Bonus Store, and there are daily rewards on top.
- A long list of studios: Jet Casino hosts slots from more than 80 game studios, from Pragmatic Play and Hacksaw to Spribe and Push Gaming.
- Quick rounds: Its homepage guide starts with crash games, where a multiplier climbs until the round suddenly ends.
- Self-titled games: JET Air Bonus Buy and Jet Gods carry the casino’s name.
- Best for: Players who enjoy working towards rewards through missions rather than waiting for the next weekly reload.
Fresh Casino
- A different operator: Fresh Casino belongs to Galaktika N.V. too, so it isn’t covered by Izzi Casino’s Carrer N.V. licence.
- More money back: Its cashback goes up to 10%, compared with up to 7% at Izzi Casino.
- Same starter: New players are offered up to £400 and 500 free spins, the same as the welcome bonus at Legzo Casino.
- Virtual sport: Alongside the sportsbook, Fresh Casino has esports and a V-Sports section of computer-generated matches.
- The green one: A lime-green logo and a treasure chest full of cherries give Fresh Casino a bright, cheerful look, and a Themes tab lets you browse games by subject.
- Best for: Cashback fans who’d rather get a bigger slice of their losses back than chase a larger welcome bonus.
Starda Casino
- A different operator: Starda Casino is another Galaktika N.V. brand, licensed in Curaçao under OGL/2024/169/0146 rather than Izzi Casino’s licence.
- The dark one: Black and red, with a glowing red gift box, it’s the moodiest of the five profiled here.
- Gifts for regulars: Starda Casino promises Exclusive Gifts, including no-deposit and deposit bonuses, for frequent players, plus a loyalty programme and daily prize draws.
- A simpler start: The welcome offer is a 100% match and 500 free spins on your first deposit.
- Since 2022: Starda Casino says it opened in November 2022, and its branded games include STARDA Queen and Starda Trail.
- Best for: Regular players who like surprise bonuses for staying active more than a big bonus package up front.
Drip Casino
- A different operator: Drip Casino is run by Galaktika N.V. as well, not by Izzi Casino’s operator, Carrer N.V.
- Wednesday cashback: Up to 10% cashback lands every Wednesday, a day earlier than Izzi Casino’s Thursday payments.
- A smaller bonus: The welcome offer is up to £600 and up to 325 free spins on your first deposits.
- A page for complaints: Drip Casino is the only one of these Izzi sister sites with a separate Complaints page in its footer.
- The teal one: A dark teal “D” logo and its own game, Juicy DRIP Cluster, set it apart.
- Best for: Players who want cashback at the top rate and a place to raise a problem if things go wrong.
How this Izzi Casino review was made
Here’s how I reviewed Izzi Casino. My general approach to reviews is explained on my About Us page.
Rob Hill
I checked Izzi Casino’s terms, bonus pages, and policies as shown to players in the countries it serves, confirmed its licence with the Curaçao Gaming Authority, tested access from a UK connection, and compared it with its five sister sites.

Who runs Izzi Casino, and where does Galaktika come in?
Izzi Casino is open about its owner. The footer names Carrer N.V., registered in Curaçao under number 150421, as the operator, with its Curaçao Gaming Authority licence number and issue date: 4 June 2025. The authority’s certificate for izzicasino.com confirms all of that and lists the licence as active. Payments are handled by LARTIM Limited, a subsidiary of Carrer N.V. registered in Limassol, Cyprus.
The sister sites come from next door, not from the same company. Legzo Casino, Jet Casino, Fresh Casino, Starda Casino, and Drip Casino all name Galaktika N.V. of Curaçao as their operator, under a different licence, OGL/2024/169/0146, issued in October 2024. Their payments go through Unionstar Limited, another Cyprus subsidiary, at exactly the same Limassol office address as Izzi Casino’s LARTIM Limited.
What ties the two companies together most clearly is Royal Partners, the affiliate programme linked from Izzi Casino’s footer. It markets 17 casinos as one group, including Izzi Casino, these five, and others such as Flagman, Lex, Gizbo, and Monro, and the brands share the same promotions, the same weekly Lucky League tournament, and much the same games.
UK players: barred by Izzi Casino’s terms and blocked by its website
The terms of Izzi Casino name the United Kingdom as one of the places it won’t take players from, and the website backs that up. From a UK connection, both izzicasino.com and izzi.casino show a “Sorry, you have been blocked” page instead of the casino, and so do Legzo Casino, Jet Casino, Fresh Casino, Starda Casino, and Drip Casino.
That deserves credit. Plenty of offshore casinos ban the UK in their small print and then let British players sign up anyway, only to void their winnings later. Izzi Casino does what its terms say, which means nobody in Britain can end up with an account they were never allowed to have.
Izzi Casino’s “300%” offer, spread over four deposits
Izzi Casino works out its finances in euros, so I’ve converted them to pounds at a 1:1 rate. The homepage advertises a 300% welcome bonus up to £1,000 plus 500 free spins, but no single deposit match in it reaches 300%. The package is 100% on the first deposit, 75% on the second, 75% on the third, and 50% on the fourth, and the 300% comes from adding those four percentages together. It’s a common trick in this part of the market, but it’s still misleading.
The first deposit bonus goes up to £400, and you must wager it 40 times, with winnings capped at 10 times the bonus. The free spins come with it, and the number depends on how much you deposit, from 50 spins for the smallest qualifying deposit up to 500 for around £200. Spin winnings require 30x wagering and are capped at 10x, and you can’t bet more than about £7 per spin while a bonus is active.
After that, the regular offers are simple. Once a week, players who’ve deposited at least £53 that week can take a 50% reload or up to 100 free spins. Cashback of up to 7% on the previous week’s slots and table losses is paid every Thursday, with 5% back on live games, and verified players get a birthday bonus of £40 at Regular status, £100 at Premium, and a personal one at VIP level.
Withdrawal limits that rise with your loyalty status
The payment methods at Izzi Casino are Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro cards, e-wallets such as MiFinity, Flexepin vouchers, mobile payments, and crypto. Deposits usually show up within seconds. Izzi Casino says it processes every withdrawal within 24 hours, and the money then takes up to five business days to reach you, depending on your bank and payment method, although neither the terms nor the FAQ give a separate time for each method. Withdrawals over £1,250 can be held for up to 48 hours of extra checks, and you can only withdraw in crypto if you deposited in crypto.
If you withdraw a deposit without first playing it through once, the casino keeps a 10% commission, which is a stiff charge for changing your mind.
Limits are generous and depend on your status, or on three times what you’ve deposited in the same period, whichever is higher. New and Regular players can take out up to £4,000 a day, £20,000 a week, and £80,000 a month. Premium players can withdraw £10,000, £50,000, and £200,000, and VIPs £15,000, £75,000, and £450,000. Crypto withdrawals have much higher limits: £50,000 a day, £250,000 a week, and £1,000,000 a month.
Izzi Casino requires identity checks to be completed within ten days of being asked, and it may want to verify you by phone or video call as well as by documents.
Izzi Casino’s games, and the “exclusives” that aren’t
The look of Izzi Casino is dark navy with neon purple and teal, and its homepage features a glowing “Welcome Bonus 300%” sign with a pair of cherries.
Behind that is a big games library from studios including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, BGaming, Hacksaw, Playtech, Yggdrasil, Push Gaming, Quickspin, and Novomatic, plus a live casino with roulette, blackjack, poker, baccarat, and game shows, and a sportsbook. Popular slots include Gates of Olympus Super Scatter, Le Pharaoh, Book of the Fallen, Johnny vs Chicken, and Big Bass Vegas 1000.
Izzi Casino also has a row of branded games, including Izzi King and IZZI Art Bonus Buy, which really are its own. The same row includes Space Meow, Gates of Universe, and Fruits Beyond Craze, and that’s where the family’s marketing falls down. Legzo Casino, Jet Casino, Starda Casino, and Drip Casino each list Space Meow under an “Only at” heading with their own name, and most do the same for the other two. A game can’t be exclusive to four casinos at once, and labelling it that way is misleading.
Support, complaints, and what players say about Izzi Casino
Izzi Casino offers support by live chat and by email to support-en@izzi.casino. Complaints go first to its Customer Success Team and then to the casino’s administration, and after that the terms only say you can turn to “independent institutions, official gambling authorities, or licencees”, without naming any of them. Self-exclusion is arranged by contacting support.
There’s no Trustpilot score to go by. Izzi Casino’s profiles, under both izzicasino.com and izzi.casino, have been removed, with a notice that the business goes against Trustpilot’s guidelines. Its sister sites still have profiles, but their ratings are low: Drip Casino has the best rating at 3.0, and Legzo Casino the worst at 2.0, with Jet Casino, Fresh Casino, and Starda Casino in between.
A balanced view
Points in its favour
- A verified operator and a licence anyone can check.
- A UK block that matches what the terms say.
- High withdrawal limits, even at the lowest status.
- A large games library, a live casino, and a sportsbook in one place.
Points against
- A “300%” offer made by adding four bonuses together.
- A 10% charge on deposits withdrawn without play.
- “Exclusive” games shared across the network.
- No independent complaints service named.
- Its Trustpilot profiles have been removed for rule breaches.
My Izzi Casino sister sites verdict: tidy paperwork, not for Britain
By offshore casino standards, Izzi Casino gets the basics right. You can see who runs it, check its licence in a few clicks, and trust that its UK ban means what it says. Where it slips is the marketing, which adds four smaller bonuses together to make “300%” and shares out “exclusive” games across the group. The sister sites are close copies run by a partner company, so choosing between them comes down to small things like the cashback rate or the way bonuses are given out, rather than anything that changes the deal for you.
None of it is open to players in Britain anyway. If weekly cashback is what caught your eye, Duelz, run by SuprPlay Limited under UK Gambling Commission account 48695, pays back 5% of the previous week’s net spend every Friday as real money with no wagering, and it’s fully licensed for UK players.
