The five Metal Casino sister site profiles below stay inside the licence’s white-label wing, the eighteen partner brands that share Metal Casino’s operator, so the comparisons are as direct as they get.

slingo sister sites logo

Slingo

  • The format’s official home: Slingo.com bills itself as the official site for Slingo games, the slots-meets-bingo hybrid, and it’s the best-known brand on this wing of the licence.
  • A different reason to visit: Where Metal Casino sells atmosphere over a standard lobby, Slingo sells a game type you can’t get in the same depth anywhere else.
  • Auto-credited spins: Its welcome offer pays free spins on Big Bass Bonanza at 10p, credited automatically on a £10 first deposit, on the family’s 10x terms.
  • Search-first lobby: A games search bar sits at the top of the homepage, a browsing style Metal Casino doesn’t offer.
  • Best use: The strongest product among Metal Casino’s sister sites: a different game format on the same machinery.
genting casino sister sites logo

Genting Casino

  • The land-based aristocrat: Genting Casino brings Britain’s biggest casino venue brand onto the same licence.
  • Matching welcome offer arithmetic: Its offer runs to the same £25 maximum bonus with Big Bass Bonanza spins at 10p, auto-credited on a £10 deposit.
  • Live casino emphasis: Online casino and live casino share top billing, the closest thing this wing has to a table-first brand.
  • Premium positioning: “The premium online casino of choice” is the pitch, black-tie where Metal Casino is black t-shirt.
  • Best use: The heritage pick, for players who want a famous name and a live casino focus on the same underlying platform.
playjango logo

PlayJango

  • Metal Casino’s exact setup: PlayJango’s welcome offer is a £25 maximum bonus with 25 free spins on Book of Dead at 10p, the same offer on the same game, down to the spin value.
  • A brighter look: Red-and-white branding and a games-first menu, without a theme to carry.
  • Cancellation offered up front: Like Metal Casino, its banner notes the bonus is auto-credited and can be cancelled on request.
  • Games, promotions, help: A four-item menu that shows how minimalist these white-label sites run.
  • Best use: The control case: Metal Casino’s offer without Metal Casino’s identity, which makes clear how much of this brand is the music.
knight slots sister sites logo

Knight Slots

  • The fuller welcome offer: Knight Slots pays up to a £30 bonus with 50 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza from a £10 deposit, more bonus and twice the spins of Metal Casino’s opening gambit.
  • A table game menu: Roulette, blackjack and live game shows get their own menu entries, unusual among these sites.
  • VIP Club on show: Its loyalty club is advertised to visitors, where Metal Casino keeps its member perks behind the login.
  • Medieval branding, lightly worn: The knight theme is a name and a crest rather than a full identity.
  • Best use: The bigger welcome bonus among Metal Casino’s closest neighbours, for players choosing on the numbers.
zebra wins logo

Zebra Wins

  • The spins-first sister site: Zebra Wins leads with 100 free spins on Book of Dead for a £10 deposit, four times Metal Casino’s spin count on the same game and stake.
  • No match bonus at all: The offer is pure spins, the opposite style to Metal Casino’s match-plus-spins package.
  • Safari stripes: A zebra theme worn about as lightly as a theme can be, with three menu items and a banner.
  • Same 10x wagering: Spin winnings wager at 10x on slots only, with the family’s maximum-bet formula printed beneath.
  • Best use: The volume-of-spins choice, for players who’d rather have a hundred goes at Book of Dead than a £25 match.

A casino with a heavy metal theme

Nothing else in the British market really attempts this, and what separates Metal Casino from a paint-job theme is that the metal runs into the games themselves. The homepage’s first games row is a run of licensed band slots: Helloween, HammerFall, Saxon and Testament, all Play’n GO titles carrying licensed bands’ names, alongside Demon, Yggdrasil’s Dark Vortex and Blood Moon Wilds, and a Games Global run of devil-themed titles. The carousel adds Lordi Reel Monsters, “Mr Lordi and his band of monsters call you to join them on their rampage of rock”, and the bonus copy points players to a “metal experience” slot category to collect the lot. The site speaks in the same language everywhere: the login button says Plug In, members join the “Metal Casino Crüe” with “AAA backstage rockstar treatment”, and the about page signs off “come shred with us”.

That about page also tells you who built the brand: a team with more than 30 years across music, gaming and tech companies including Universal, Roadrunner, MTV, Spotify, Microsoft and Apple, promising “real live music experiences” as well as slots. The wider lobby is the network’s: Big Bass Splash, Big Bass Bonanza and its 1000 edition from Pragmatic, Book of Dead and Legacy of Dead from Play’n GO, MegaFireBlaze Big Circus from Playtech, Peter & Sons’ Book of Books and Ghost Father, Blue Print’s Fishin’ Frenzy Big Catch Megaways, Starburst from NetEnt and Evolution’s Crazy Time on the live side, under a jackpots counter that read £58.6m across the network’s pooled games.

Ownership: a metal brand from a Malta-based operator

The Metal Casino website is operated by Skill On Net Ltd of Ta’ Xbiex, Malta (C50024), under Gambling Commission account 39326, with the licence status linked from the page itself.

UKGC Licensed, Skill On Net Ltd (39326), click to verify

On the register, www.metalcasino.com sits in the white-label table: the brand belongs to its founders, the casino behind it is Skill On Net’s. The licence has held remote casino permissions since November 2014, lists 60 domains and 52 trading names, and carries no regulatory actions, with the operator’s May 2023 regulatory payment of £305,150 the one blemish on its wider record.

The white-label wing Metal Casino shares reads like a who’s-who of borrowed fame: Genting Casino and Slingo carry famous gambling names, Winlandia brings a Finnish accent, Luna Casino, Swift Casino, Casino & Friends, PlayToro, Regency Casino, Zebra Wins, PlayJango, Knight Slots, Slot Stars, Gecko Play, Vegas Winner, Zingo Bingo, Knight Slots’ medieval crest and Denmark’s Clemens Spillehal fill out the roster. Eighteen partner brands, one operator, and the same engine behind every one.

Bonuses: a £25 opening riff, then members-only

The welcome offer is 100% up to £25 plus 25 free spins on Book of Dead at 10p, for a first deposit of £10 or more, and its detail page matches its banner to the penny. The terms are the family’s usual set: 10x wagering on the bonus and on spin winnings with only slots counting, the 10%-or-£5 maximum bet formula, the bonus auto-credited with cancellation available on request, and a clause that bonuses don’t prevent withdrawing your deposit balance. It’s a fair offer but a small one, level with PlayJango, behind Knight Slots’ £30 and 50 spins, and a quarter of Zebra Wins’ spin count.

Beyond the opening offer, the shop window is nearly bare: the promotions page contains exactly one tile, the welcome offer itself. The homepage promises “promotions and competitions every month” for members of the Metal Casino Crüe, so the brand is obviously supposed to run more bonuses, but it fails to provide details.

Payments: little detail, but solid plumbing

Metal Casino has no banking page, so no method list, no minimums beyond the welcome offer’s £10 deposit threshold, and no timescales. The homepage promises “fast and secure” payouts in its Secure Metal Payouts blurb, but actual information is thin on the ground.

What the terms do establish is the structural layer, and it’s the network’s strongest suit: customer funds held segregated at Barclays at the Gambling Commission’s “medium protection” level, stated in the terms in those words; a 12-month inactivity threshold before a £5 monthly fee; and the standard document checks before a first withdrawal. These are stronger foundations than most casinos have.

Support and complaints: around the clock, with a referee

Support runs on live chat, advertised as around-the-clock on the homepage, plus email to support@metalcasino.com, confirmed on the contact page. There’s no phone line.

The complaints ladder starts with escalation to a manager or supervisor with a decision promised within 96 hours, and beyond that eCOGRA, named in the terms as the UKGC-authorised alternative dispute resolution service whose ruling the casino accepts as binding. GAMSTOP applies, and the responsible gambling tools are the network’s standard set.

Metal Casino’s reputation

The player review record for the casino is short and rough: 1.4 from 45 Trustpilot reviews, 89% of them one star, on an unclaimed profile. The complaints span the brand’s whole life rather than one era, with withheld withdrawal accusations from years back sitting beside this month’s gripes about site reliability and a chatbot-first support experience, plus several accounts alleging strung-out verification before payouts. There’s not enough volume here to deliver a verdict, but there’s no cushion of praise either; the balance of what exists is hostile.

The context that matters for a UK player is the machinery above it: whatever the review pages say, this brand answers to the Commission, holds funds at the medium protection tier, and accepts binding eCOGRA rulings, which is recourse the angriest complaints of its early years didn’t always have behind them. Weigh the record by all means, but weigh it against that.

What I like, and what I don’t

What I like

  • A theme with real substance: licensed band slots from Helloween to Lordi, not just artwork.
  • Fair welcome terms: banner and detail page match exactly, 10x wagering throughout, deposits withdrawable.
  • Medium-protection segregated funds and binding eCOGRA, the licence’s strong structural layer.
  • A voice of its own in a market of near-identical sites.

What I don’t

  • One of the smallest welcome bonuses on its own network, and no sign of ongoing promotions.
  • No banking page at all: methods and timescales unknowable before registration.
  • A 1.4 review score with repeated complaints across its whole history, unanswered on an unclaimed Trustpilot profile.
  • A very sparse website for a brand that once promised live music experiences.

My Metal Casino sister sites verdict: great gig, short set

Metal Casino is the most distinctive brand on its wing, and I wish there were more of it. The theme is great, the band slots are licensed, the founding story on its own about page reads like nothing else in UK gambling, and the terms it does publish are honest and fair. But the current site is a shell around a login form: one offer, no banking page, no ongoing promotions, and a player review record that’s short, old and angry in roughly equal measure. The structural protections, medium-protection funds, and binding eCOGRA are better than most of the market’s, which makes the sparse shop window more frustrating, not less.

Within the Skill on Net network, the choices are simple: Slingo owns an entire game format, Genting Casino brings the famous name and the live tables, Zebra Wins quadruples the spins, Knight Slots beats the bonus outright, and PlayJango proves the machinery runs identically without the rock and roll attitude. If the metal theme matters to you, this is the only suitable place on the licence (and in Britain) that uses it; if it doesn’t, its sister sites out-offer it from the same stage.

Metal Casino sister sites FAQ: your questions answered

What are Metal Casino’s sister sites?

Every brand on Skill On Net Ltd’s licence, account 39326: 60 domains covering 40 own brands, including PlayOJO, Lucky Niki and DrückGlück, and 18 white labels, where Metal Casino sits alongside Slingo, Genting Casino, Winlandia, Zebra Wins, PlayJango, Knight Slots, Luna Casino and Swift Casino.

Who owns Metal Casino?

The casino is operated by Skill On Net Ltd of Malta under its Gambling Commission licence, with metalcasino.com in the register’s white-label table. The brand itself was created by a team of self-described “casino fiends and metalheads” from music and tech companies including Universal, Roadrunner and Spotify, per its own about page.

What is the Metal Casino welcome bonus?

100% up to £25 plus 25 free spins on Book of Dead at 10p a spin, for a first deposit of £10 or more. Wagering is 10x on the bonus and spin winnings, slots only, with a maximum bet of 10% of the bonus or £5; the bonus is credited automatically, can be cancelled on request, and doesn’t lock your deposit balance.

Is Metal Casino safe for UK players?

Structurally, yes: a UKGC licence with no regulatory actions, GAMSTOP participation, customer funds segregated at Barclays at the medium protection level, and binding eCOGRA arbitration. Its 1.4 review score from a small, unclaimed Trustpilot profile is the counterweight; the complaints are few, and the regulatory protections apply regardless.

Does Metal Casino really have heavy metal games?

Yes. Its featured row carries Play’n GO’s licensed band slots, Helloween, HammerFall, Saxon and Testament, plus Lordi Reel Monsters and a run of devil-themed titles, gathered in a “metal experience” category the site’s own copy points to. It’s the only UK casino built around that catalogue.
