City Bingo
- Same deal: City Bingo has the coded welcome offer too, so £10 or more brings a 100% bingo bonus up to £50 that you wager twice within five days.
- The party one: Glowing bingo balls that look like disco balls float over a cartoon city skyline on the homepage, the closest any of these five get to Sing Bingo’s party mood.
- Short and simple: The homepage has no menu, just buttons to join or log in and a promise that bingo and slots start at 1p.
- Pots of gold: Four slots it (wrongly) calls its own exclusives fill the homepage, among them 12 Masks of Fire Drums and Fishin’ Pots of Gold.
- An old clause: Its full terms still have the 6x bingo bonus rule that no longer applies to the welcome bonus – a mistake that’s repeated at Sing Bingo.
- Best for: Players who like Sing Bingo’s offer but want a plainer site, as this is the Sing Bingo sister site with the closest bonus matches.

Glorious Bingo
- The graceful one: A goddess in a white gown holds up a golden bingo ball beside a misty waterfall on the Glorious Bingo homepage.
- Same bonus, more wagering: Code WELCOME50 gives the same 100% bingo bonus up to £50, but it has to be wagered 4x rather than Sing Bingo’s 2x.
- What that means: On a £10 deposit you’d play £40 of bingo to clear the bonus here, against £20 at Sing Bingo.
- A bigger promise: The homepage talks of 700 slots, while Sing Bingo’s slots page lists 534.
- Three steps: Joining, depositing and enjoying the bonus are set out as numbered steps, with nothing else to click but the join and login buttons.
- Best for: Players who prefer a calm, elegant look and don’t mind a little more wagering on their bonuses.

Diva Bingo
- The sparkly one: Two giant diamonds glitter on a silvery background below a hot pink header on the landing page of Diva Bingo.
- A diva who doesn’t sing: Despite the name, there’s no proper music theme here at all, which leaves Sing Bingo as the only stage act among these five.
- Triple the deposit: Code WELCOME30 turns £10 into a £30 bingo bonus, wagered four times.
- The catch: That’s £120 of bingo to play through, six times what Sing Bingo’s £10 bonus requires.
- A divalicious line-up: The homepage calls its 500 slots a “divalicious collection” and leads with Big Bass Bonanza and Gold Blitz.
- Best for: Regular bingo players who want the largest bonus of these five for £10 and have time to play it through.

Loadsa Bingo
- The starry one: A gold star logo and a row of spinning slot reels give Loadsa Bingo a bright yellow, fruit machine feel.
- Spins instead: With code DR20, depositing and wagering £10 on the same day earns 20 free spins on Irish Luck at 25p each.
- Cash, not bonus: Spin winnings are capped at £5 but land as cash, so there’s nothing to wager, unlike Sing Bingo’s bonus.
- Rooms on show: You can see the site’s bingo rooms before joining, including Bounce’t with prizes up to £30 and Flip It showing £35.
- An extra variant: It mentions 40-ball bingo alongside the 90, 75 and 52-ball games, a version Sing Bingo doesn’t offer.
- Best for: Casual players happy with a small cash prize who never want to think about wagering requirements.

Hunky Bingo
- The pink one: Hunky Bingo’s bright pink homepage is full of giant bingo balls, with faint kettlebell shapes in the background.
- Two offers in one: The banner promises a £10 bingo bonus for a £10 deposit with code POP50, but the small print and the offer terms talk about free spins on Fluffy Favourites.
- A missing detail: Those terms value each spin at 25p and cap winnings at £10, paid as a games bonus with 10x wagering, but never say how many spins you get.
- Rooms with names: The homepage highlights bingo rooms including 90’s Extreme, Mystery Jackpots, and Bingo 52.
- A tip for newcomers: A hint under the rooms tells new players to opt in to texts and emails for its best promotions.
- Best for: Fluffy Favourites fans who’ll ask support exactly what the welcome bonus gets them before they deposit.
How this Sing Bingo review was made
Everything I looked at is listed below, and my About Us page explains how I work.
Rob Hill
I worked my way through Sing Bingo like a new player, using its menus and links, then compared its advertised offers against the full terms and five Sing Bingo sister sites. Licence details came straight from the regulator.

A rock show on the homepage, a standard line-up inside
Sing Bingo is dressed for a concert. A teal strip across the top says “Where Bingo Rocks!”, the logo pairs a pink script “Sing” with gold block letters, and the homepage is filled out with a crowd of silhouettes waving their hands at a glowing retro jukebox while bingo balls fly overhead. The login page keeps the theme going with music notes over the same crowd. The copy is just as loud, calling players rock stars, inviting them to “take to the stage” and naming bingo rooms such as Karaoke Nights, Disco Divas, Gettin’ Jiggy, Thursday Jam, the DJ Set, Hot Harmony and a free room called I Want to Break Free.
The bingo lobby itself, weirdly, has none of those names. Its eight rooms are the same ones Broadway uses across all of its bingo sites: Top of the Shop, Easy Peasy, Mystery Jackpot, Bingo Deal, Ticket Pop, The YoYo, Flip It with 1p tickets and the free On the House. The slots go the same way. The homepage recommends Guns N’ Roses, Jazz, The Wish Master, Irish Riches, Midas Golden Touch, Rumble Rhino and A Nightmare on Elm Street, and not one of the seven is in the 534 games the slots page lists, so that’s another strange mismatch. The music on offer comes down to two exclusives, The Singer and The Showman, among 41 that also include Woolly Safari, Media Money and Read All About It. Player favourites lean on Fluffy Favourites, Double Bubble and 9 Pots of Gold. Newer slots such as Brawl Gods and Phoenix Reign are trending, and the Slingo range includes Slingo Deal or No Deal and Rainbow Riches Slingo.
A few more loose ends show the site simply isn’t checked or updated often by its operator. The footer’s 90 Ball Bingo link opens a page that says “Oops! We can’t find that page?”, and two links in the homepage copy send you to other Broadway sites, 888 Ladies and a bingo guide on Wink Bingo. The footer links to apps for iPhone and Android, and the App Store version of Sing Bingo, published by Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited, has 174 ratings averaging 4.2.

Ownership: Broadway’s bingo company in Dublin
UKGC Licensed, Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited (58267), click to verify
Sing Bingo’s footer confirms the site is run by Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited, a company registered in Ireland, with a copyright line for the Broadway Gaming Group running from 2010 to 2026. It runs the bingo business Broadway bought from 888 in 2022, and its bingo, casino and gambling software licences date from 23 February that year.
The UK Gambling Commission’s record for licence 58267 covers 154 web addresses. Take away the 66 marked inactive and the two sites listed twice under different spellings, and 86 are live: 72 of Broadway’s own and 14 white labels run for other brands. singbingo.com is one of the active ones, and no regulatory action has been taken against the company.

Deposit £10 or more with code GO100 and Sing Bingo matches it with a bingo bonus of up to £50, which you have to wager twice within five days. A £10 deposit therefore needs £20 of bingo tickets to clear its bonus, and the maximum £50 needs £100. The bonus is only used once your cash balance is empty, and anything won stays as bonus money until the wagering’s done. Making a withdrawal wipes out whatever bonus is left. Spending five days without logging in costs you every bonus, voucher and reward on your account.
The general terms and conditions, last updated in January 2025, still say any bingo bonus “will be subject to 6 times Wagering Requirement”, and the offer’s terms point back to that bonus policy. The 2x on the homepage, the promotions page, the offer terms updated in September 2026 is the figure that applies. The 6x line is an old clause that hasn’t been updated (yet another shoddy piece of housekeeping), and 888 Bingo and Hippo Bingo, which run the same offer, already show 2x in the same place.
The promotions page lists just two offers. Besides the sign-up bonus, there’s the Shop, where every £1 of cash staked on bingo, or £10 on slots and instant games, earns a Shop Coin to spend on free spins, bonuses or cash. Bingo rewards from the Shop come with 2x wagering, and game bonuses with 10x. The key point is that the coins are linked to your email address and can be earned and spent across most of Broadway’s sites on this licence that have a loyalty scheme, so one balance follows you around the family. The bingo page also talks up promotions called the Jam Session, the Melody Maker and Part Harmony, but none of them appear on the promotions page, so add that to the growing list of sloppy mistakes on the site.
Payments: debit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay
Sing Bingo’s help centre accepts deposits by Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, PayPal and Apple Pay, in your own name, and an account can have up to five payment methods. Withdrawals start at £10, and each PayPal transaction costs 10p. The payout table in the terms adds two business days of processing to the payment provider’s time, so debit cards and Apple Pay take four to seven business days in total, PayPal four to five, and bank transfers as long as ten. The help centre is more upbeat, aiming to process requests within a business day and saying card and PayPal payouts can arrive in as little as an hour. The in-game FAQ hasn’t caught up with either: it lists only debit cards and PayPal and warns that withdrawals can take up to eight working days. Payments appear on bank statements as Broadway Gaming UK Ltd.
Player balances are held in a designated account that the terms rate at the Gambling Commission’s medium level of protection. If you don’t deposit, withdraw or bet for 12 months, the account becomes dormant: the company will try to contact you at least 30 days beforehand, and after that £5 a month comes off any remaining balance until you log back in or the balance runs out.
Support: round the clock, by chat and email
The FAQ says the support team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and gives support@bingosupportonline.com as the address to write to, while the login page has a live chat button. If a complaint isn’t settled that way, the terms tell you to write to the Head of Customer Support at manager@bingosupport.org, who should resolve it within eight weeks, and after that you can take it to eCOGRA. The site’s small print links to GamCare and GAMSTOP, but the App Store listing still sends people looking for addiction support to GambleAware, the charity that stopped operating in March 2026.
Sing Bingo’s reputation
Sing Bingo’s Trustpilot profile was claimed in November 2022 and comes with a paid subscription, but it has only 21 reviews and a TrustScore of 3.7. Just over half give five stars and 38% give one, with nothing in between except a few three and four-star ratings, and only four reviews were added in the past year. The good ones are about the chat team sorting out problems quickly, including a withdrawal issue, with agents thanked by name. The bad ones are about luck and value: a recent one-star review says the site “never pays”, and an older one complained that a new format for the Friday games made winning less likely. Trustpilot shows the company replying to every negative review, usually within a day.
What I like, and what I don’t
What I like
- A sign-up bonus with only 2x wagering.
- Shop Coins that are valid on most Broadway sites.
- Free bingo in On the House, plus 1p tickets in Flip It.
- Complaints that stall can go to eCOGRA.
What I don’t
- Homepage copy naming games the site doesn’t have.
- A footer link that leads to an error page, and several other examples of poor housekeeping.
- Up to a week for a debit card withdrawal.
- A fee every time you use PayPal.
My Sing Bingo sister sites verdict: a decent site, but with silly mistakes
Strip away the stage lights and Sing Bingo is a sensible place to start on this network. Its sign-up deal asks less of you than many in the family, and the Shop means the loyalty credit you build here isn’t stuck here. The problem is the gap between what the site says and what it offers. A player who joins for the promised karaoke rooms and rock-star slots will find the same lobby Broadway runs everywhere else, so the theme is decoration rather than a reason to choose Sing Bingo.
If the welcome offer is what draws you, City Bingo gives exactly the same terms on a simpler site. Diva Bingo and Glorious Bingo are for players willing to do more wagering for a bigger or similar bonus, and Loadsa Bingo suits anyone who’d rather keep a small cash prize than wager anything at all.
