I’ve profiled five BGT Games sister sites below, chosen from the other TV names and the other Britain-branded casinos on the same Jumpman Gaming network.

the x factor games logo

The X Factor Games

  • The other talent show: The X Factor Games is the same casino wearing the clothes of the other big British talent show, with the show’s famous X as its logo.
  • Same bonus: Its homepage offers the same 15 no-deposit spins on Hundreds & Thousands, down to the small-print wording.
  • No golden row: It goes straight from the offer to the featured games, without BGT Games’ Golden Games row or its own branded Slingo game.
  • The younger one: It rejoined Jumpman’s lineup in September 2026, while BGT Games has been online since March 2024.
  • Same games: Big Bass Splash, live Playtech roulette and Fluffy Favourites lead its featured row, just as they do at BGT Games.
  • Best for: Talent show fans who’d rather see the X than the golden buzzer when they log in.
deal or no deal spin logo

Deal or No Deal Spin

  • The show’s featured games: Deal or No Deal Spin gives its programme a full row of nine branded slots, from Banker’s Bonanza to Golden Box Megaways, with one branded title from BGT Games.
  • Fewer spins, better fit: Its sign-up deal pays 50 free spins on the Go All The Way slot from the Deal or No Deal range when you deposit £10, so you play the show’s own game rather than any old slot.
  • No free look: There’s no no-deposit taster here, unlike the 15 free spins BGT Games hands out before you pay in.
  • Same rules: Bonus winnings are subject to 10x wagering and can only be cashed out up to your lifetime deposits, capped at £250.
  • All-star logo: Its branding is the programme’s Deal or No Deal logo, in the same way BGT Games uses the talent show’s star.
  • Best for: Players who want their favourite show inside the games, not just on the banner.
britain play logo

Britain Play

  • The postcard one: Britain Play’s homepage is a sunny London skyline, with Big Ben, the London Eye, the Gherkin and a red double-decker bus.
  • A spin of the reel: Instead of a fixed 75 spins, a £10 deposit gets you a chance at up to 500 free spins on Big Bass Splash.
  • Flag waving: A Union flag appears beside the name in its red-and-navy logo.
  • A Britain trio: It’s one of three British-themed names on Jumpman’s white-label list, alongside BGT Games and Great Britain Casino.
  • Same small print: The 10x wagering and the £250 lifetime-deposits ceiling are the same as at BGT Games.
  • Best for: Players who like a flutter on the size of their sign-up spins, and a BGT Games sister site without the TV tie-in.
great britain casino logo

Great Britain Casino

  • London after dark: Great Britain Casino uses Tower Bridge, Big Ben, the Gherkin and the London Eye at night on its homepage, like Britain Play’s skyline once the sun goes down.
  • The crowned one: Its logo puts a royal crown above the name, in red and white on navy.
  • A different fish: Its sign-up reel pays up to 500 spins on Big Bass Bonanza, not Big Bass Splash.
  • No celebrity connections: Where BGT Games uses a TV show to draw attention, this one simply bills itself as a UK casino.
  • Same terms: A £10 deposit, 10x wagering and the £250 lifetime-deposits ceiling apply here too.
  • Best for: Players who want a traditional British-themed casino with a bit of evening glamour.
the sun play logo

The Sun Play

  • The newspaper one: The Sun Play uses the red-top’s logo, so it’s the media wing’s answer to BGT Games’ television tie-in.
  • Light on the theme: Beyond the logo, the content on the casino’s website has almost nothing to do with the newspaper.
  • The reel again: A £10 deposit gives you a chance at up to 500 spins on Big Bass Splash, where BGT Games pays a fixed 75.
  • More sections: Its homepage gives live casino and jackpot slots their own rows.
  • Same line-up: The featured games are the same ones you’ll find at BGT Games.
  • Best for: Readers of the Sun newspaper. For everyone else, it’s just a standard slots site.

A casino dressed as an audition stage

If you’ve watched Britain’s Got Talent, the ITV show Ant and Dec have hosted since 2007, you’ll recognise the look straight away. The logo is the show’s own red-and-silver star, the main banner is a stage lit by spotlights, and the sign-up steps are drawn as the judges’ big X buzzers, numbered one to three, with the third one painted gold like the Golden Buzzer the judges use to send an act straight to the live shows. It’s a much better use of a TV name than most of the TV tie-in Jumpman sites I’ve reviewed recently because the theme is in the design rather than just the name. The one thing missing is words: the homepage has a “Welcome To BGT Games” heading with no other content underneath it, like someone forgot to finish the job.

The show’s name reaches the games too, just about. A Golden Games row puts Slingo Britain’s Got Talent beside Dazzle Me Megaways, Fruit Party and Gonzo’s Quest, and that Slingo game is the only branded title on the homepage. Below it, the featured games are the network’s usual favourites: Starburst, Big Bass Splash, Big Bass Bonanza, Fluffy Favourites, Gold Cash Free Spins, 9 Pots of Gold, Gold Blitz Ultimate, Golden Winner, Pirots 5, Big Bad Towers, Eye of Horus, Rainbow Riches and both Fishin’ Frenzy games, along with the Fluffy Favourites jackpot. Live dealer games include Playtech roulette, Mega Fire Blaze Roulette and Royale Blackjack. The welcome offer page says there are more than 500 slots in all, and I think that might actually be underselling it.

Ownership: another TV name on Jumpman’s licence

UKGC Licensed, Jumpman Gaming Limited (39175), click to verify

BGT Games is run by Jumpman Gaming Limited, a company based at La Corvee House on Alderney, which has held Gambling Commission licences for bingo and casino games since November 2014. The register lists 234 web addresses under Jumpman’s account, and bgtgames.com is in the white-label section alongside Britain Play, Deal or No Deal Spin, Great Britain Casino, Play Your Cards Right Games, The Sun Play and The X Factor Games. In basic terms, the Britain’s Got Talent name is on the front, while Jumpman provides the licence, games, terms, and cashier. The footer says the same, and adds that customers outside Britain are covered by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission.

You won’t find ITV or the show’s producers anywhere on the site. The terms describe the site as “the Jumpman website” and say its graphics are Jumpman’s trademarks, so the only sign of the partnership is the branding itself. The UKGC register shows no regulatory actions against Jumpman, but the company made £500,000 in a 2022 settlement with the Gambling Commission over social responsibility and anti-money laundering failings.

Bonuses: two sets of spins, and a touch of overpromise

New players can choose from two offers, or even take them both. The first is a no-deposit offer of 15 free spins on Hundreds & Thousands, yours once you’ve added and verified a debit card. Winnings carry 10x wagering, and you can cash out up to £50. The second is 75 free spins on the same slot when you deposit £10. Winnings from those spins are paid as bonus cash with 10x wagering, and the terms show how it stacks: win £10 while you still have £100 of wagering left and you’ll owe £200. The most you can cash out is the total you’ve ever deposited, up to £250, so someone who has paid in £50 can only take £50, no matter how much bonus balance they’ve built up. Table games, video poker and progressive jackpot slots don’t count towards the wagering.

Here’s where things get muddled. The three buzzers on the homepage read “Register today”, “Deposit £10+” and then, on the golden one, “Win up to 500 free spins”. That isn’t what £10 gets you. The offers page says 75 spins, and the reels that pay between 50 and 500 spins need a £20 deposit with the weekly code PRO, or a deposit of £100 or more, which gives you a random chance of the Turbo Reel. Even the offers page’s title banner advertises 15 spins on 9 Pots of Gold, a game none of its offers are attached to. There’s been some lax housekeeping here, and the site would benefit from a tidy-up.

The regular promotions are the ones you’ll find repeated across this network: a Daily Wheel with free spins, Fluffy Fridays with a £250 prize pool between 8pm and 11pm, a monthly cash draw on a featured slot, and Pragmatic Play’s year-long Drops & Wins.

Payments: a £2.50 charge on every deposit

You can deposit with a Visa, Mastercard, or Maestro debit card, Paysafecard, Pay by Mobile, PayPal, Neteller, or Skrill, with a £10 minimum. The line to read first is this one from the terms: “All deposits incur a £2.50 transaction fee”. On a £10 deposit, that’s a quarter of your money gone before you play. Once your account is verified, a withdrawal waits 72 hours as pending and then takes one to three working days to arrive, so allow the best part of a week. The FAQ says you might need to provide photo ID, proof of address and proof of your payment method, and says uploaded documents take up to three working days to review. Customer money is held in a separate account at the Commission’s “not protected” level, so it isn’t safe if the business goes under. An account left without a login for 365 days has its balance suspended, and a £5 fee is taken every 30 days.

Support and complaints: office hours only

Live chat runs from 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, so it’s closed in the evenings and at weekends, which are the exact times that most players are likely to be online. Outside those hours, you can email, with replies promised within two business days and a request not to send follow-up emails. There’s no customer support phone number. Complaints go through Jumpman’s own process first, and if it’s deadlocked or eight weeks pass without an answer, you can take it to eCOGRA, the independent dispute service. The BGT Games website footer still links to gambleaware.org, a charity that shut down in March 2026; the GamCare number beside it, 0808 8020 133, is the correct helpline to use if required.

BGT Games’ reputation

BGT Games’ Trustpilot profile is unclaimed and has only six reviews, averaging 2.3. All are one star, and none are from the last twelve months. The reviews date from March 2024 to August 2025. They describe document checks that only started once there were winnings to withdraw, a withdrawal that had to go back to the card used to deposit, an account closed after a big win with no explanation, and complaints about the £2.50 charge. For a TV-linked name with a big audience, the lack of player engagement is surprising. I wouldn’t draw any conclusions from such a limited sample.

What I like, and what I don’t

What I like

  • A design that uses the show properly, down to the golden buzzer.
  • Fifteen free spins before you deposit anything.
  • A branded Slingo game for fans of the show.
  • A full UK licence with an independent complaints route.

What I don’t

  • A £2.50 charge on every deposit.
  • A homepage promise of 500 spins that the casino doesn’t actually deliver.
  • Live chat only during weekday office hours, and no phone.
  • Bonus winnings capped at your lifetime deposit amount or £250, whichever is lower.

My BGT Games sister sites verdict: a great costume on a standard act

Take away the stage set and BGT Games is the same act as dozens of its sister sites, with the same spins, the same caps, and the same charge for paying in. That’s not a disaster, as the operator is properly licensed and the rules are all written down, but it does mean the branding is the only thing you’re really choosing.

If you’re a fan of the show, the 15 free spins are a no-risk way to have a look, and I’d leave it there unless the deposit fee doesn’t bother you. If you’d rather play the show’s own games, Deal or No Deal Spin does that better, and if you want a bigger sign-up bonus, Britain Play and Great Britain Casino spin a reel worth up to 500 spins for the same £10.

BGT Games sister sites FAQ: your questions answered

What are BGT Games’ sister sites?

Every casino on Jumpman Gaming’s licence is a sister site, and there are well over a hundred. The closest are the other TV and British-themed names, including The Sun Play, Deal or No Deal Spin, Play Your Cards Right Games, The X Factor Games, Britain Play and Great Britain Casino.

Is BGT Games the official Britain’s Got Talent casino?

Yes. It uses the show’s branding and has a branded Slingo game, and Jumpman Gaming runs it for the show as a white label, although the site itself doesn’t name ITV or the producers.

Who runs BGT Games?

Jumpman Gaming Limited, an Alderney company licensed by the Gambling Commission under licence 39175. It handles the games, payments and customer service.

What is the BGT Games welcome offer?

Fifteen no-deposit spins on Hundreds & Thousands come first, then 75 more on the same slot for a £10 deposit. Winnings carry 10x wagering, and cash-outs from bonus play are limited to your lifetime deposits, up to £250.

Does BGT Games charge for deposits?

Yes. Every deposit has a £2.50 transaction fee no matter which method you use, so it pays to deposit less often.
