The Bingo Diamond sister sites in a nutshell
Bingo Diamond is a site that Broadway Gaming bought in August 2015, and it’s made of the same pieces as its nine sister sites. The best of them are Glossy Bingo, Butlers Bingo, Rosy Bingo, Fluffy Wins and Casino Fantastico.

All ten of Broadway’s main-licence sites share one set of rules, so choosing between them is mostly about how each one looks and what it adds. I’ve picked the Bingo Diamond sister sites that show those differences best: the same offer with a new look, the family’s first and last arrivals, and the casino-only option.

Glossy Bingo
- The same site in a better frock: Glossy Bingo’s welcome bonus terms match Bingo Diamond’s line for line, from the £100 bonus to the 48-hour claim window, only in red and black instead of pink.
- Built, not bought: It was Broadway’s second site, launched in February 2013, two and a half years before Bingo Diamond joined.
- A darker backdrop: Its welcome page presents a dimmed wall of slot artwork, where Bingo Diamond’s sparkles on magenta.
- The same support team: Both sites’ review widgets praise the same customer service agent by name, suggesting one support desk answers for the whole family.
- A matching score: Its Trustpilot widget shows the same 3.6 average, from a slightly smaller pile of reviews.
- Best for: Players who like the Bingo Diamond deal but prefer a moodier look built on slot artwork.

Butlers Bingo
- Where it all started: Butlers Bingo launched in June 2010, five years before Bingo Diamond joined, and Broadway still calls it its flagship.
- Same offer, same wording: Its welcome page offers the same £10-for-£100 bingo bonus at 3x.
- Plainer branding: Its bold purple logo is a lot less showy than Bingo Diamond’s glitter.
- Straight to the offer: Type in its address and, just like Bingo Diamond, you land on the welcome bonus page rather than a homepage.
- The same small print: Debit cards only, 48 hours to claim and a two-day expiry, word for word.
- Best for: Players who like the idea of joining the site the whole family grew from.

Rosy Bingo
- The first purchase: Rosy Bingo was the first site Broadway bought, in January 2014, so it and Bingo Diamond bookend the company’s run of bingo acquisitions.
- Rewards on the menu: Like Bingo Diamond, it has a Rewards tab alongside Bingo, Slots and Promos.
- Rooms on the homepage: Rosy Bingo shows its bingo rooms and specials right on the homepage, while Bingo Diamond keeps them a click away.
- Pink and teal: A handwritten-style logo and bright teal pages make it the cheeriest-looking of the Bingo Diamond sister sites.
- The same specials: The monthly Sapphire pre-buy game shows up in its lobby as well as Bingo Diamond’s.
- Best for: Bingo players who want a loyalty ladder but prefer a lighter, brighter site.

Fluffy Wins
- One of the newcomers: Fluffy Wins joined the family in 2026, alongside Jungle Reels, and the two run on the same layout.
- A Shop instead of Rewards: Cash play earns Shop Coins you can swap for rewards, whereas Bingo Diamond has its five-level Diamond Rewards.
- No sign-up bonus: Its homepage and promotions page advertise the Shop and the bingo rooms rather than a welcome offer.
- Soft pinks: The pastel look and bubbly logo are comparable to Bingo Diamond’s glitter.
- The same rooms: Top of the Shop, Mystery Jackpot, Bingo Deal and Easy Peasy all appear in its lobby.
- Best for: Players who’d rather collect coins from everyday play than take a first-deposit bonus.

Casino Fantastico
- No bingo at all: Casino Fantastico’s range is just Slots and Promos, making it the family’s casino-only option.
- A Monday match: Every Monday it offers a 20% casino bonus up to £50 on deposits of £20 or more.
- Cashback on Tuesdays: It pays 10% cashback up to £10 on cash losses of £5 or more, something Bingo Diamond doesn’t do.
- Straight to 10x: With no bingo games, every offer comes with the family’s 10x casino wagering rather than the 3x bingo rate.
- Gods and gamblers: Its banner features a sea god, an Egyptian queen, and a top-hatted showman on dark teal.
- Best for: Slots players who never buy a bingo ticket and want a Bingo Diamond sister site built just for them.

A little sparkle, and a lot of bingo
The diamond in the name shows up mainly in the logo, a sparkly yellow “bingo” above a glittering pink “diamond”, and in the magenta welcome page dotted with light. Type the Bingo Diamond web address into your browser, and you land on that welcome page rather than a regular homepage, with a sign-up form, the offer and a Trustpilot widget that openly admits it’s “showing our favourite reviews”. The rest of the site is behind a menu of Bingo, Slots, Rewards and Promos, and it’s worth a look before you register, because the lobby is open to anyone.
Bingo is the best part. The lobby shows every room with its ticket price, player count and next start time: The Jackpot Room at 10p with a progressive jackpot of around £9,500, Top of the Shop with its own progressive, Flip It from 1p, the 52-ball Bingo Deal played with a deck of cards, Mystery Jackpot where a prize between £10 and £500 is revealed ten seconds before the game, The Yoyo and a 75-ball room fittingly called Sapphire. Easy Peasy opens at 6pm, with pre-buy specials such as Penny O’Clock and a monthly Sapphire game. On the slots side, Broadway names Games Global, Pragmatic Play, Aristocrat and Eyecon as its suppliers, and the new games row runs from Immortal Romance Assembl’em and Area Link Dragon Ascension to Bakers Bounty and Threefold the Gold, with 9 Pots of Gold, Fluffy Favourites and Double Bubble among the old favourites. An Exclusives tab collects the family’s own jackpot slots, including The Singer, The Showman, Burger Blitz 2, Woolly Safari, Bank of Riches and Captain Cod Catch n Collect.

Ownership: Broadway’s last bingo buy before 888
UKGC Licensed, Broadway Gaming Limited (39075), click to verify
Bingo Diamond belongs to Broadway Gaming Limited, a company registered in the Isle of Man but with its head office in Dublin, which has held UK Gambling Commission bingo and casino licences since 1 November 2014. Broadway’s timeline on its public-facing website tells the family story: Butlers Bingo launched in June 2010, Glossy Bingo in 2013, then three purchases in a row, Rosy Bingo in January 2014, Dotty Bingo that July and Bingo Diamond in August 2015. The next big step didn’t come until July 2022, when Broadway bought 888’s whole bingo business, which now trades under a separate licence.
The Commission’s record for account 39075 lists ten web addresses, all active, although its own counter says eleven for reasons unknown. Alongside Bingo Diamond are the bingo sites Butlers Bingo, Glossy Bingo, Rosy Bingo and Dotty Bingo; the two newest arrivals, Jungle Reels and Fluffy Wins; and three casino-only sites, Lucky 247, Casino of Dreams and Casino Fantastico. There are no regulatory actions on record for the operator.

Bonuses: low wagering and a rewards ladder
New players who deposit £10 with a debit card get a 100% bingo bonus up to £100, which must be claimed within 48 hours of registering and can only be used on bingo. The wagering requirement is 3x for bingo and 10x for casino games, well within the UK’s 10x limit, and the bonus expires after two days. While you’re wagering, single bets over £6.25 count as irregular play, and four slots, Book of Oz, Break Da Bank Again, Bust The Bank and Immortal Romance, count at 75% rather than the full amount.
The regular offers follow the same 3x and 10x rule, with a two-day expiry and e-wallet deposits excluded. Golden Monday gives free spins on 9 Pots of Gold for an opt-in deposit of £20 or more, the Daily Deal reel offers something every day to anyone who has deposited in the past week, and Free Spins Thursday lets recent depositors pick a mystery card for spins on one of three games. Loyalty Tokens, earned on cash stakes, are exchanged for cash prizes. The Diamond Rewards scheme has five levels, worked out daily from the points you earned over the past 30 days, and its entry level adds a Wednesday casino bonus of 5% up to £25.
Payments: early requests paid the same day
The Bingo Diamond help centre covers payouts to Visa and Mastercard debit cards, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller and bank transfer, and explains how to deposit with Paysafecard through Skrill’s Rapid Transfer. Only debit card deposits qualify for the welcome offer, and the minimum withdrawal is £10. If your balance is below that, support can pay it out for a £2 service fee.
The help centre sets out a clear payout schedule. Requests made before 9am are processed by 6pm that day, and later ones by 6pm the next day. After that, Visa debit payments can arrive in as little as 30 minutes, Mastercard debit within 24 hours, PayPal, Skrill and Neteller within a few minutes, and bank transfers in three to five working days, although weekend processing is limited. Customer money is held separately under the Gambling Commission’s medium protection level, so it’s set aside for players if the company fails. An account left untouched for 12 months is closed at no cost if the balance is zero. If there’s money in it, Broadway tries to return it first and then gives 30 days’ notice before charging £5 a month.
Support and complaints
Help comes through live chat, which you can open from the lobby before signing up, or by email to support@bingodiamond.com. No customer support phone number is given. If support can’t sort out a complaint, you can escalate it in writing to the Head of Customer Support at complaints@broadwaygaming.com, and Broadway aims to resolve complaints within eight weeks. Disputes about a game’s outcome can then go to eCOGRA, the independent adjudicator. The footer of the Bingo Diamond website includes links to GamCare, GAMSTOP and Gambling Therapy, and, oddly, to GambleAware, a charity that stopped operating in March 2026.
Bingo Diamond’s reputation
Bingo Diamond has held a claimed Trustpilot profile since April 2016 and pays for Trustpilot’s business service. It has 830 reviews averaging 3.6, with 77% five-star and 11% one-star, though only 28 have been added in the last twelve months. The company has replied to 84% of negative reviews, usually within a day. Most of the positive reviews thank support agents by name, and the same names crop up on its sister sites. The recent complaints are more varied: a chat that was ended before the problem could even be explained, a deposit query still waiting for an answer days later, a weekly deposit limit that kept being applied for no apparent reason, and a player who felt the site no longer pays out as it used to.
What I like, and what I don’t
What I like
- 3x wagering on the bingo bonus.
- A bingo lobby you can browse before you join.
- Same-day payouts for early requests.
- Medium protection for customer money, and eCOGRA for disputes.
What I don’t
- A two-day expiry on every bonus.
- E-wallet deposits left out of the offers.
- A £2 fee to withdraw less than £10.
- No phone line, and little to set it apart from its sister sites.
My Bingo Diamond sister sites verdict: a shiny stone in a standard setting
Bingo Diamond is a perfectly sound place to play bingo. The deals are fair, the rooms are busy and honest about their prices, and the payment side is quick and clearly explained. What it isn’t, eleven years after Broadway bought it, is different to what the operator offers elsewhere. Apart from the sparkle in the logo and the name of its rewards scheme, choosing Bingo Diamond over Glossy Bingo, Butlers Bingo or Dotty Bingo only gets you the same offer, the same rooms and the same support team.
So I’d choose by taste. If you like the pink and glitter, sign up here. If you’d rather have a plainer look, Glossy Bingo or Butlers Bingo will give you exactly the same bonus, and if you’d rather skip the first-deposit offer and build up rewards as you play, Fluffy Wins is the one to look at.
