The Casino of Dreams sister sites
Broadway Gaming Limited runs nine other sites alongside this one, and most of them are built around bingo. I’ve started these Casino of Dreams sister sites with the two closest casino matches, then added the bingo-led brands that add something Casino of Dreams doesn’t have, such as a welcome bonus or a rewards shop.

Lucky 247
- The closest match: Lucky 247 uses the same layout as Casino of Dreams and spotlights many of the same new slots, but in black with red buttons and poker chips in the background.
- Same problem: Its promotions page doesn’t list a welcome offer either, so moving here won’t get you a sign-up bonus.
- Friday rewards: Players who’ve deposited £20 or more in the last seven days can pick a mystery card for free spins on a Friday.
- A smaller weekly bonus: At the first rewards level, its Wednesday offer is a 5% casino bonus up to £25, half of what Casino of Dreams offers on a Monday.
- No cashback: Its promotions page has nothing like Cashback Tuesday.
- Best for: Slots players who like the way Casino of Dreams works and want the same thing in a darker design, which makes it the most similar Casino of Dreams sister site.

Casino Fantastico
- The green one: Casino Fantastico swaps the night-blue look for dark green, with the same layout underneath.
- A shorter menu: The top menu has just Slots and Promos, with no Rewards section like the one at Casino of Dreams.
- Same cashback: Cashback Tuesday returns 10% of your cash losses up to £10, on the same terms as Casino of Dreams.
- One promotion: That cashback was the only offer on its promotions page, which has even fewer than the three at Casino of Dreams.
- Familiar slots: You’ll find 15 Golden Pharaohs Jackpot, Phoenix Reign of Horror, and Riptide Pirates 3 among its new games too.
- Best for: Players who only care about the slots and don’t want a rewards ladder to climb.

Rosy Bingo
- The blue one: Don’t let the name fool you, as Rosy Bingo is a bright blue site.
- Actual bingo: Rooms such as The Jackpot Room, Top of the Shop, and Mystery Jackpot are featured on the homepage, whereas Casino of Dreams has no bingo in its menu at all.
- A lower bar: Its Casino Bonus Monday and Free Spins Friday start from a £10 deposit, while the matching offers at Casino of Dreams require £20.
- Same bonus size: The first rewards level gets a 10% casino bonus up to £50, the same as Casino of Dreams.
- A familiar reel: Recent depositors can spin the Daily Deal reel here too.
- Best for: Players who want bingo alongside their slots and smaller deposits.

Butlers Bingo
- The purple one: Butlers Bingo opens on a purple homepage with bingo balls and tickets, a long way from the starry night of Casino of Dreams.
- A welcome bonus: A £10 deposit gets you a 100% bingo bonus up to £100, which is exactly what Casino of Dreams doesn’t have.
- Bingo only: You can’t play through that bonus on slots, so it won’t suit a pure slots fan.
- The small print: You have to use a debit card and claim it within 48 hours of signing up, and it requires 3x wagering on bingo.
- Regular extras: Free Spins Friday and the Daily Deal both run here, and Free Spins Friday starts from a £10 deposit.
- Best for: Bingo players who want something back on their first deposit.

Jungle Reels
- The jungle one: An olive-green design and a chunky tiki-style logo set it well apart from the night sky at Casino of Dreams.
- A shop, not levels: Playing with cash earns coins you can spend in The Shop, while Casino of Dreams uses five reward levels.
- Bingo on the agenda: Bingo is included in the top menu alongside Slots, Shop, and Promos, so there’s more to do if you ever get tired of slots.
- No welcome bonus here either: Its promotions page lists The Shop and bingo games, but no offer for new players.
- A recent arrival: Jungle Reels moved to Broadway Gaming from Jumpman Gaming, so it’s one of the newer names in the Casino of Dreams sister sites group.
- Best for: Players who like choosing their own rewards instead of waiting for them to be assigned.
How I put this Casino of Dreams review together
If you’d like to know what went into this review, it’s all set out below, and you’ll find my wider approach on the About Us page.
Rob Hill
I tested Casino of Dreams as a new player from the UK would, checked what it says about itself against what it offers, and read a sample of recent player reviews from both ends of the scale. I confirmed the licence with the regulator.

Best Casino of Dreams sister sites by player type
If you want a welcome bonus
Butlers Bingo is the one to pick, as long as you’re happy to use the bonus on bingo.
If you only play slots
Lucky 247 gives you the nearest experience to Casino of Dreams, with its own rewards levels and a free spins day.
If you prefer smaller deposits
Rosy Bingo opens its weekly offers to £10 deposits, and you get bingo rooms into the bargain.
If you like to choose your rewards
Jungle Reels lets you collect coins and decide for yourself what to spend them on.
It promises welcome offers, so where are they?
The About Us page says Casino of Dreams has “generous welcome offers and promotions for loyal players”. The second half of that is true. The first half isn’t, as far as I can see. There’s no welcome offer on the promotions page, nothing in the three homepage banners, and nothing on the opening page of the sign-up form. The only homepage feature spots are for the exclusive slots, the size of the games library, and safer gambling.
That’s a strange mistake to make, and it could easily mislead a new player who’s reading up on the site before joining. It isn’t the only line on that page that doesn’t fit, either. It also talks about “online bingo and casino games”, but there’s no bingo at Casino of Dreams, and the promotions page only filters by casino. The Daily Deal terms even list a bingo bonus as a possible prize, on a site where I can’t see anywhere to use one.
To be fair, having no welcome offer isn’t a crime. Plenty of players would rather have decent regular rewards than a big opening number with strings attached. It’s the broken promise I object to. If you’re after a sign-up bonus, this is the wrong Broadway Gaming site, and Butlers Bingo is the better place to look.
What you get for sticking around
Regular play is where Casino of Dreams makes its case. Cashback Tuesday is the best bonus of the bunch: opt in on a Tuesday, and you get 10% of your cash losses back, up to £10, once you’ve lost at least £5 in the following 12 hours. It’s paid into your cash balance, so there aren’t any wagering requirements to beat. It’s only for players who’ve deposited at least once.
The Daily Deal is a reel you can spin once a day if you’ve deposited in the last seven days, and it can land on free spins, a casino bonus, or nothing at all. On Thursdays, anyone who’s deposited £20 or more in the last week can pick a mystery card for free spins on one of three games. Those spins are worth 5p or 10p each, last for two days, and pay their winnings into your bonus balance.
Dream Rewards has five levels, based on the points you’ve earned over a rolling 30 days. Level 2 starts at 500 points, Level 3 at 6,500, Level 4 at 20,000, and Level 5 at 60,000, so the top levels are for people who play a lot. The difference is big, too. Casino Bonus Monday is 10% up to £50 at Level 1 and 50% up to £100 at Level 5, and Free Spins Thursday goes from 5 spins to 25. Both require a £20 deposit. You’ll also build up loyalty tokens as you play, and 5,000 of them can be swapped for a £10 casino bonus, but they expire after 60 days.
Bonus money comes with 10x wagering, a two-day expiry, and game weighting, so not every game counts in full. The offers also say “eWallets excluded”, which is worth knowing before you pay in with Skrill or Neteller.
Exclusive slots under a starry sky
Casino of Dreams looks the part without trying too hard. The logo is white-and-gold script with a shooting star beneath it, and the pages are deep blue, with playing cards, chips, and dice drifting through the background. Lots of casinos are louder in terms of presentation, but I quite like it.

The lobby is divided into Top Lists, Slots, Exclusives, and All Games. The headline attraction is Broadway Studio Games, a set of slots the site says are “Only on our sites”, including Runaway Train, Multiplier Mine, Aztec Wheel, and Sugar Swish. Just remember that “our sites” means the whole Broadway Gaming group, as the same banner appears on Lucky 247 and Casino Fantastico.
The new games include 15 Golden Pharaohs Jackpot, Phoenix Reign of Horror, Eruption Blaze Cashingo Rumble, Totally Reckless, Fire and Roses Joker Diamonds, and Tiki Island Fishing. You’ll also come across familiar names such as Thunderstruck II Mega Moolah, Gold Blitz, and Fishin’ Triple Pots of Gold. The About Us page names Games Global, Pragmatic Play, Aristocrat, and Eyecon among its providers, and the homepage promises “100s of games” and daily jackpots.
Who runs Casino of Dreams?
UKGC Licensed, Broadway Gaming Limited (39075), click to verify
Broadway Gaming Limited runs Casino of Dreams under UK Gambling Commission licence 39075. It’s been active for remote casino and bingo since 1 November 2014, with no regulatory actions on the register. The company is registered in the Isle of Man, and its head office is in Dublin.
The register lists ten active sites for Broadway Gaming Limited. Besides Casino of Dreams, they’re Lucky 247, Casino Fantastico, Fluffy Wins, Jungle Reels, Dotty Bingo, Rosy Bingo, Glossy Bingo, Bingo Diamond, and Butlers Bingo. All nine are Casino of Dreams sister sites. Broadway Gaming also has a much larger group of bingo sites on a separate licence, held by Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited.
The terms also make you confirm that you haven’t self-excluded from any other Broadway Gaming casino or bingo brand when you join. You can’t move money between your accounts at different Broadway Gaming sites, so each balance stays where it is.

Paying in, getting paid, and asking for help
The help centre says you can pay with Visa and Mastercard debit cards, Paysafe, Skrill, Neteller, and PayPal. Then another help page, called “Do you accept PayPal?”, says “We don’t currently accept PayPal as a payment method”, and a third gives PayPal payout times. So I can’t tell you whether PayPal works here, and that’s the casino’s fault. It should be able to answer such a basic question clearly, but it doesn’t.
There’s a 9am cut-off for withdrawals. Ask before it, and they should be processed by 6pm that day, or ask after it and they’ll be done by 6pm the following day, with limited processing at weekends. After that, the help centre says Visa Debit takes as little as 30 minutes, Mastercard Debit up to 24 hours, e-wallets a few minutes, and direct bank transfer 3 to 5 working days. The minimum withdrawal is £10, and if you want to take out less, you have to ask support and pay a £2 fee.
The Protection of Funds page rates customer money at medium protection, which means it’s kept in separate accounts and arrangements are in place to return it if the company goes bust. That page was last updated in September 2021, so it isn’t exactly fresh. An account counts as dormant after 12 months, and a £5 monthly fee can follow once the company has tried to contact you.
Support is available via 24/7 live chat and at support@casinoofdreams.com, but there isn’t a customer support phone number. If they can’t resolve a complaint, you can write to the Head of Customer Support at complaints@broadwaygaming.com. The company aims to resolve complaints within eight weeks, and disputes can go to eCOGRA after that. The footer of the Casino of Dreams website still links to GambleAware, which closed in March 2026, so use GamCare and GAMSTOP instead.
Why are players so divided on Casino of Dreams?
Casino of Dreams has 392 reviews on Trustpilot and a score of 2.4, but 51% of those reviews give it five stars and 35% give it one. There isn’t much of a middle ground. I’ll give the site credit for showing that score in its own footer, as it would be easy not to.
The recent one-star reviews mostly come down to two things. The first is verification, with players describing long waits for withdrawals and repeated requests for ID documents, and one saying tickets were closed without help after a change of address. The second is a feeling that the slots don’t pay, which is hard to prove either way, though you’ll see it a lot across reviews of any online casino.
The five-star reviews tend to be about real people, with players naming support staff who sorted out their documents or a query, and some mention being paid with little delay. The company also replies to all of its negative reviews, although those replies can read like a standard explanation of why checks exist. My feeling is that things are fine until a withdrawal triggers extra checks, so I’d have your documents ready early, and make sure your address matches them.
What I like, and what I don’t
What I like
- Cashback Tuesday pays out in cash, with no wagering requirement.
- Broadway Studio Games adds slots you won’t find outside this group.
- Live chat runs around the clock.
- A calm, tidy design that doesn’t shout at you.
What I don’t
- An About Us page promising welcome offers and bingo, neither of which exist at Casino of Dreams.
- Help pages that contradict each other on PayPal availability.
- The best Monday and Thursday offers are kept for very big-spending players.
- A £2 fee on withdrawals under £10.
My Casino of Dreams sister sites verdict: one for regulars, not for bonus hunters
I can see why some people enjoy Casino of Dreams. It’s a pleasant place to play slots, it has some games you can’t get elsewhere, and it rewards you for coming back without asking much of you on a Tuesday. But I can’t get past how little attention has gone into telling you about it. A site doesn’t have to offer new players anything, but it does have to stop telling them it does, and the same goes for the mismatched answers in its help pages.
If you’re a regular slots player who’d rather have a steady trickle of offers, it’s worth a look, and I’d keep Lucky 247 in mind as a similar alternative. If you want something for joining, go to Butlers Bingo, and if you’d like the option of bingo with lower deposit thresholds, Rosy Bingo makes more sense. Whichever you pick, you’ll be dealing with the same company, so the bigger question is which offers suit the way you play.
