- The closest relative: Magic Win Casino (magicwin247.bet) is the sister site Cheeky Wins most resembles, with a sports tab, a Shop, a Missions engine and a winners strip rolling British first names in euros.

A wink, a scarf and a brand-new coat of paint
The mascot earns his star billing. Cheeky Wins’ fox is a proper piece of character work: a bright orange cartoon fox in a purple neckerchief who winks from the homepage, hoists a golden trophy and a bag of coins on one banner, presents a gift box on the next, and poses in shorts and boots like he’s about to compere the whole site. The About page is written around him, promising “a casino with a cheeky streak, a sharp eye for fun and a fox who always knows where the next great win may be hiding”, and it’s bespoke copy written for this brand alone, which on this network counts as an event; most of its relatives’ About pages are the same recycled paragraphs with the name swapped. Any British player will feel like they’ve seen all this before, because a cartoon fox fronting a gambling brand is well-trodden UK ground: Foxy Bingo and Foxy Games have made a beloved institution of exactly this concept, inside the UK licensing system. Whether the resemblance is homage or coincidence, only the operator knows; this one operates in a very different part of town, and the difference is the whole point of this review.
Around our foxy friend sits the network’s newest front at full stretch: casino, live dealer, crash games, a Shop where accumulated play buys boosts, a Missions engine with its own terms document, tournaments with a countdown clock, an installable app, a VIP club that insists “NOT EVERYONE GETS INVITED”, and a sportsbook tab with football, horse racing, cricket and a dozen more categories behind it. Two details give away how new the paint is. Every page of the site has been published without a browser title, and the “Recent Winners” strip, the device its sister sites use to flutter British names at British visitors, was rolling entries called “TestTest” and “testo” winning in euros when I read it, under banners priced in pounds. The bonus rulebook’s publicity clause promises winners are announced by “first name and the first letter of your last name”; somebody’s test accounts are enjoying precisely that treatment, in public, on the live site.
Ownership: the yet another name above the same two paragraphs
Everything Cheeky Wins says about who owns it fits in the two clauses quoted in the licensing note above, and both are the network’s standard text with “Cheeky Wins” typed into the blanks, stray double spaces and all. Clause 1.1 has the brand owned by “Cheeky Wins LTD” and its “fully owned subsidiary”, also called Cheeky Wins LTD, a company that owns itself at two template addresses. Clause 1.2 does what several newer relatives skip and names the network outright: the domain is “explored by LAVA ENTERTAINMENT DS DV., with permit number DEAJS/SCFVF/P-06/2005”. Neither the master licence number nor the permit exists on any register I can find, and I’ve looked for both every time I’ve reviewed a new casino on the network.
The name itself is certainly a choice, because “Cheeky” is crowded territory in British gambling. On the UK Gambling Commission’s register, cheekybingo.com sits retired against two licences in its history, 888 UK Limited’s and LC International Limited’s, the Entain company whose licence also carries Foxy Bingo and Foxy Games; cheekycasino.com belongs to Jumpman Gaming Limited; and no licence, active or historic, covers any Cheeky Wins domain. This fox is a newcomer wearing a very familiar-sounding name in a neighbourhood where every established Cheeky and every established gambling fox is a UK-licensed brand with no connection to it.
Bonuses: big numbers with 30x wagering
The welcome package runs three deposits deep on codes CHEEKY1, CHEEKY2 and CHEEKY3: 500%, then 300%, then 200%, each capped at £1,000 with 100 free spins attached, on Gates of Olympus, Big Bass Splash and Sugar Rush 1000 in turn, £3,000 and 300 spins in all from a £20 minimum deposit per rung. Pay attention to the small print, and you’ll see the true cost: “x30 wagering applies” is printed on all three offers. Sixteen Cheeky Wins sister sites I’ve reviewed on this site either bury that number in a rulebook or decline to commit to it at all, so the fox telling you up front is real progress. The number it tells you is still tough going. The rulebook’s own worked example counts deposit plus bonus, so a £20 deposit taking the full first tier means wagering £3,600 before anything converts, and maxing the offer at £200 in means a £36,000 playthrough, at a maximum bet of £10 or equivalent while any bonus is active. The casino’s payment strip, in the footer of its homepage, shows Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin, iDEAL, Neosurf, kevin., Interac e-Transfer and Multibanco, a lineup that says more about this casino’s real audience than its sterling price tags do; Interac is Canadian, Multibanco Portuguese, iDEAL Dutch. The payments rulebook states the operating currency is the euro, warns that card statements may show EUR or USD, and prices everything accordingly. Withdrawals are processed Monday to Friday after a pending period of up to 48 hours, “may be subject to processing fees at the discretion of the casino”, and must return to the depositing method; deposits must be played through once before any withdrawal; and particularly large wins may be paid in monthly instalments.
Then come the network’s standard clauses I can almost quote from memory but verify each time. If your lifetime withdrawals reach five times your lifetime deposits, payouts arrive in 5,000-euro instalments with the rest parked back in your balance. If your lifetime deposits total 200 euros or less, you may withdraw only up to ten times your last deposit, and the excess “will be forfeit”. Third-party methods are barred, “large or unusual requests” wait on management approval, and an account left idle attracts a 5-euro monthly fee after a year and is “deemed abandoned” at thirty months, its remaining balance “remitted”, the document never saying to whom. Every printed lever here points the same way: big wins arrive on the casino’s schedule, small depositors’ upside is capped by their last deposit, and idle balances leak away, with nobody outside the building empowered to referee any of it.
Support and complaints
The About page promises a support team “available 24/7 through Live Chat and email”, and the rulebooks lean on that second channel constantly: account closure “by sending an email to customer support email”, new accounts requested “by customer support email”, verification updates arriving by email. What no page of this site does is print the address. There’s no support email anywhere, no phone number, and the footer’s “Contact Us” links straight to the chat widget, which is the only working route in, meaning every conversation with this casino happens in a window it controls. No customer support phone number exists either.
The complaints route reads the same way. The arbitration page sends grievances to support, then to “a higher department of Cheeky Wins casino”, and declares the game server’s records “the final authority”, including over anything your own screen showed you. The governing clause submits disputes to “the exclusive jurisdiction of the court” under “the law”, and neither the court nor the law is ever named; the template’s blanks simply never got filled. No ADR body exists, no regulator stands behind the licence, and there isn’t even an address to write to; a UK player’s complaint starts and ends in that chat window.
Which Cheeky Wins is which?
Search this brand’s name from Britain, and you’ll find a small crowd, almost none of it directly related to this casino. The domain cheekywins.co.uk hosts a “CheekyWins Casino Review” site pitching the brand to UK players in glowing terms; it isn’t the casino and doesn’t say who runs it, and nothing on it counts as evidence about anything. The plain cheekywins.com currently lands on Cheeky Win Competitions, a UK prize-draw site fronted by a cartoon dog called Cheeky, no relation. The UK-licensed Cheeky Casino, run by Jumpman Gaming, is a different business entirely, and the long-retired Cheeky Bingo belonged to Entain’s stable. Judged as a piece of brand-building, Cheeky Wins is the most likeable thing this network has produced: a real mascot, presentation with some personality, offer panels that tell you the wagering before you pay, and a product range its relatives took years to assemble, launched complete. Judged as a place to put money, it’s the same proposition I’ve now documented sixteen times over: a licence nobody issued, held by a company that owns itself, with a cashier designed to slow down payments, a support operation you can’t write to, and a complaints procedure that ends at an unnamed court under an unnamed law. The transparency is better; the thing being disclosed is not.
The UK position doesn’t require any weighing of those two halves. Cheeky Wins holds no UK Gambling Commission licence, so playing there from Britain means no GAMSTOP, no affordability checks, no funds protection and no independent route for a dispute, and its restricted country list pointedly never mentions the UK while its banners price everything in pounds.
