Third, the regulator: the Kahnawake Gaming Commission’s permit list carries thirteen TD Investments URLs, taking in both wings of the family. Set against that, the old Taj Asia Enterprises name survives only in the historical record, and the story the record tells is of a recent re-papering: Fone Casino folded into Black Lotus in August 2023, the terms were rewritten under the umbrella of the Belize-based company, and the Curaçao chapter ended without anyone announcing it.
