Important licensing note

Mr O Casino has no UK Gambling Commission licence, and it doesn’t name a licence from anywhere else either, so GAMSTOP doesn’t cover it, and there’s no UK complaints service or protection for your money. The UK is also barred in its terms, so I’d advise anyone in Britain to steer clear of Mr O Casino and its sister sites.

The Mr O Casino sister sites

Two other casinos run on the same build as Mr O Casino, with the same style of terms behind them, and these are the Mr O Casino sister sites you can visit.

Eternal Slots

  • The members’ club one: Eternal Slots has a green-and-gold “Members Choice” logo, framed with laurel leaves, on a black background.
  • Spins every day: New players get 224 free spins on Cash Bandits 3 with code 224SPINS, at 30x with a £100 cap, plus free spins every day just for logging in.
  • A smaller headline bonus: Its NOMAX code gives 333% at 40x wagering, with the bonus capped at £500, where Mr O Casino’s 400% goes up to £10,000.
  • The same no-rules deal: Its NORULE code offers 111% at 1x wagering, the same percentage as Mr O Casino’s no-rules bonus, but caps the bonus at £250.
  • Same payout rules: Its terms set the same £4,000-a-week cap and one instant payout a day as Mr O Casino’s.
  • Best for: Players who’d rather collect free spins every day than chase one big deposit bonus.

Detective Slots

  • The detective one: Detective Slots features a moustached detective with a cigar on Westminster Bridge in the rain, with Big Ben behind him, which is a very London look for a casino whose terms bar the UK.
  • A better start: Signing up with code AGENT50 gets you a £50 free chip and 911 free spins without a deposit, though winnings are capped at £50 and £30.
  • A daily no-rules bonus: Its SWIFT code gives 35% or 40% once a day at 1x wagering, on deposits of £50 or £100.
  • A lower bet limit: Its first deposit bonus of 300% up to £1,000 plus 250 free spins is at 35x, with a £5 maximum bet, half of Mr O Casino’s £10.
  • Spins for following: Join its Telegram channel to earn 35 free spins.
  • Best for: Players who want a Mr O Casino sister site with a daily no-rules bonus.

How this Mr O Casino review was made

Here’s what my Mr O Casino review is built on, and my About Us page explains how I go about every review.

Research method
I clicked my way through Mr O Casino like a new player, then compared its promises with its terms and looked for any trace of a named owner or licence. I opened the sign-up form to see which countries it accepts, but I didn’t create an account or deposit.

Mr O Casino’s terms on deposits and payouts, including the £4,000 weekly cap and progressive jackpots paid “within 2 years at the maximum”, as displayed on 20th October 2026.

“No fine print, no hassle”?

Mr O Casino prices everything in US dollars, which I’ve turned into pounds at a 1:1 rate. Its homepage says it delivers “real, no deposit bonuses you can actually cash out. No tricks, no traps”, and every page ends with “No fine print, no hassle”. So, is that true? Let’s look at the fine print.

The no-deposit offer is a £100 free chip (code 100GO) with 30x wagering and a £100 cash-out cap. The promotions page says “No deposit needed”. The terms, though, say that before you can withdraw anything won from it, you have to make a verification deposit of at least £10, and if you don’t make it within 7 days, “all winnings and the bonus amount will be forfeited without prior notice”. That’s a deposit requirement on a no-deposit bonus, and it’s exactly the sort of trap the homepage says isn’t there.

The main welcome offer, code KICKOFF, is a 400% matched deposit bonus up to £10,000, plus 400 free spins delivered at a rate of 80 a day for five days. It requires a £25 deposit, and the 40x wagering applies to the deposit and bonus combined. Totted up, a £25 deposit becomes £125, and you’d have to wager £5,000 before you could cash out. There’s also a “no-rules” 111% bonus with 1x wagering, plus 100% cashback on your first deposit at 30x, with winnings capped at five times the cashback.

The bonus rules come with more unpleasant surprises. The maximum bet with a bonus is £10 unless stated otherwise, the Buy Feature on slots is banned while a bonus is active and can void your winnings, and you have to make a deposit between withdrawals from free promotions. None of that is unusual on its own, but it’s a long way from “no fine print”.

Who runs Mr O Casino?

The site won’t tell you. The footer says only “© 2026 Mr.O Casino”, and the terms, privacy policy, and About Us page list no company name or licence; the About Us page introduces Mr O as “a casino shark” who’s “been in the industry longer than you can imagine”. Its affiliate programme lists Mr O Casino as its only partner, and that doesn’t name a company either. Mr O Casino is generally identified as belonging to Geolen Tech Ltd, a company registered in Belize, but that name doesn’t appear anywhere on the casino’s own website.

The same operator name is linked to Eternal Slots and Goat Spins. Eternal Slots and Detective Slots both run on the same build as Mr O Casino, with the same page layout and the same style of terms, and both open from the UK. Goat Spins wouldn’t let me in at all, flashing up a security block on every attempt.

With no licence, there’s no outside body to complain to. The terms list support@mrocasino.com, a management address at pitboss@mrocasino.com, and live chat, and say the casino’s decision on any disputed wager or win “shall be final and binding”. Players must be 18 or over, the US isn’t on the restricted list, and the UK is. The sign-up form lists 241 countries, and the UK isn’t one of them.

“Super-fast payouts” (within two years)

The About Us page promises “super-fast payouts” that reach you “before you can even say ‘jackpot'”. The terms are considerably less exciting. You can take £4,000 a week, with anything above that paid in weekly instalments, and you get one instant payout a day. You must wager your deposit at least once before you withdraw, and the casino can charge fees of up to 10% of the transaction. Progressive jackpots are paid “in a timely manner”, but the terms only promise the full amount “within 2 years at the maximum”.

Depositing is easy, with 15 options: Binance, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether, Visa and Mastercard, Solana, Bitcoin Cash, Tron, Dogecoin, Bitcoin Lightning, Cash App, MetaMask, PayPal, and Toncoin, from a £10 minimum. Getting paid is muddled. The payout page says you can withdraw “exclusively in Bitcoin (BTC) and Litecoin (LTC)”, then shows four options, adding Tether and Cash App. It also promises “ZERO PAYOUT FEES”, which doesn’t match the 10% fee in the terms. VIP players get higher withdrawal limits of £5,000, £10,000, or £15,000, depending on their tier.

A casino can be slow, or it can be honest about being slow, but it can’t promise super-fast payouts while its own terms allow two years for a jackpot. That’s misleading, and it’s the main reason I wouldn’t play here.

Self-exclusion that only stops the emails

The responsible gambling page is weak. Under “Self-exclusion”, it offers to exclude you “from receiving promotions, emails, and other communications”, which isn’t self-exclusion at all, because it doesn’t stop you from playing. The same page says staff will help you set “account limits”, while the terms say that “due to the nature of cryptocurrency, we cannot set deposit limits”. The only outside help it links to is Gamblers Anonymous and America’s National Council on Problem Gambling.

Elsewhere, the site leans the other way. The VIP page introduces four staff members, each describing the players they reward, from daily players to those who deposit £50 or more per deposit, wager £3,000 a week, or deposit 10 times or more. The O League tournament targets “heavy hitters, risk takers, and ‘one more spin’ believers”, and the Roadmap rewards monthly wagering across 30 levels. Live chat runs around the clock, with support@mrocasino.com as the email option.

A top-hatted mascot and around 280 games

Mr O Casino looks smart. The white “MrO” logo features an electric blue “O”, set against a very dark navy background, and the mascot, Mr O himself, is a cartoon gent in a tuxedo, top hat, and monocle, with a handlebar moustache. A sidebar keeps Games, Promotions, Tournaments, Roadmap, Banking, VIP Program, and Rewards within reach, and a gold “VIP Transfer” button invites high rollers from other casinos to bring their status with them.

The games all come from SpinLogic, the new name for RealTime Gaming. The lobby has around 280 of them: 245 in the slots section, 14 table games, 15 video poker games, 6 casual games, including crash titles such as Henferno and Plinko Beyond, and 3 speciality games. The newest releases include Shadow Gods, Crimson Castle, and Treasure Sparks. The footer includes a “Live Casino” link, but it goes to the main games page, and the lobby has no live dealer section.

Mr O Casino’s reputation

Mr O Casino has a long player review history. Its Trustpilot profile, claimed by the business in August 2024, has 3,296 reviews with an average of 3.8, though the casino has replied to only 17% of negative reviews and usually takes more than a month to do so. The happier reviewers like the regular free bonuses, the low-wagering “no rules” offers, and the size of the slots library. Unhappy reviews mostly focus on bonuses that didn’t pay. Players describe emailed coupons and free chips being voided at withdrawal for breaking a rule they say they hadn’t been told about, such as a £5 maximum bet or using a slot’s buy feature, a £500 balance being cut to £100 by a cash-out cap, and free spins winnings capped at £30. Those complaints match the terms almost word for word, which says more about how the bonuses are sold than about the players.

A copycat Mr O Casino site

A site at mro-casinos.com calls itself MR.O CASINO, advertises the same 400% and 400 free spins, and uses a mad scientist mascot rather than Mr O. It isn’t Mr O Casino. Its Register button opens ElaraBet’s sign-up form, with the same tracking link that I’ve seen used by other international casino brands recently. Whatever it is, it isn’t Mr O Casino’s own site, and likely has nothing to do with the company behind the casino either.

A balanced view

Points in its favour

  • A smart design with a memorable mascot.
  • Around 280 SpinLogic games, including crash titles.
  • Live chat around the clock.

Points against

  • No named operator and no licence anywhere on the site.
  • “Super-fast payouts” promised, but with jackpots paid “within up to two years” and £4,000 a week.
  • A “no deposit” chip that needs a £10 deposit before you can withdraw.
  • “Self-exclusion” that only stops the marketing, and no deposit limits.

My Mr O Casino sister sites verdict: lots of fine print for a casino that says it has none

I can see why Mr O Casino has fans. It looks good, the slots library is decent, and it hands out a lot of bonuses. But almost every promise made on the homepage of the site is walked back in the terms, and the company making those promises won’t put its name to them. A casino with no owner, no licence and no outside complaints route is asking for a lot of trust, and the small print gives you no reason to offer it. Eternal Slots and Detective Slots share the same terms and style, so they only change the theme rather than the deal.

Mr O Casino doesn’t accept UK players anyway. If it’s the top hat and moustache that appeal, Monopoly Casino is a far safer choice. Gamesys Operations Limited runs it under licence 38905 from the UK Gambling Commission, and if you deposit £10 and play it on slots as a new player, you’ll get 30 free spins on MONOPOLY Cash Is King.

Mr O Casino FAQ

Who owns Mr O Casino?

The site doesn’t say. It’s generally identified as Geolen Tech Ltd of Belize, but that name doesn’t appear on Mr O Casino’s own website.

What are the Mr O Casino sister sites?

Eternal Slots and Detective Slots run on the same build, and Goat Spins is generally linked to the same company too.

Is Mr O Casino licensed?

No licence from any regulator is named on the site or in its terms, and it isn’t licensed by the UK Gambling Commission.

Is the Mr O Casino free chip really no deposit?

Not quite. You can claim it without depositing, but the terms require a £10 verification deposit within 7 days before you can withdraw any winnings, which are capped at £100.

Can UK players sign up at Mr O Casino?

No. The UK isn’t on its sign-up form, and its terms name the UK among the countries where you can’t play for money.
