Important licensing note
Mega Medusa has no Gambling Commission licence and blocks British visitors, so GAMSTOP, UK safer-gambling protections and a UK complaints route are all absent.

The Mega Medusa Casino sister sites
The three casinos profiled below are Anden Online brands trading on the same Realtime Gaming setup as Mega Medusa, and each shares enough of its rulebook to verify that it comes from the same hands.

Heaps O Wins
- Terms you can read: Unlike Mega Medusa, this sister site lists the rules for its offers: 280% at 20x wagering, with winnings capped at 5,000 Australian dollars, or 333% plus 50 free spins on Jackpot Saloon at 30x, with a 15,000 cashout limit.
- A code that doesn’t match: That 333% offer is claimed with the code 330JACKPOT, which is the kind of little slip that makes you check every figure twice.
- Australian accent: Heaps O Wins talks about pokies and prices its biggest offer in Australian dollars, which makes it clear who it’s built for.
- Faster on paper: Its terms promise to review withdrawal requests within three business days, whereas Mega Medusa allows itself seven to ten.
- Same blacklist: Australia’s communications regulator lists it among the illegal gambling sites it has blocked, just like Mega Medusa.
- Best for: Bonus hunters who want to know the playthrough rules before they deposit, not after.

Spin Dinero
- The one players are redirected to: When the old Mega Medusa sister site Sector 777 closed, its homepage referred players to Spin Dinero with a free chip, so this looks like the brand Anden is betting on.
- Two versions of one offer: The homepage advertises 350% plus 30 free spins, while the promotions page lists 350% plus 200 free spins under code SPICY350. That’s careless, especially on the offer that matters most.
- A free start: 120 free spins with no deposit needed, against Mega Medusa’s 150 free spins.
- The same three codes: A 150% “No Rules” bonus, a 200% “No Playthrough” bonus and a 250% low-playthrough bonus mirror Mega Medusa’s set almost exactly, alongside 25 daily free spins and up to 30% weekly cashback.
- Sloppy copy: Even the promotions page title reads “Promorions”.
- Best for: Players who like starting with free spins before deciding whether to deposit, and the Mega Medusa sister site the family itself seems to favour.

A Big Candy
- The same typo: Its withdrawal rules match Mega Medusa’s word for word, right down to requests being “reviewed within seven to ten business of the requested date”, with the word “days” missing in both.
- Sweet instead of serpents: Lollipops and candy swirls replace the gorgon, and the headline welcome offer is 345% plus 200 free spins under code CANDY345.
- A familiar free-spins deal: Its second welcome bonus delivers 150 free spins with FREECANDY, the same number Mega Medusa gives with MEDUSA150.
- More codes: BREAK150, ABC260, and a 200% no-playthrough deal sit alongside daily free spins, comp points, and weekly cashback.
- Also blocked down under: Australia’s regulator has blocked this one too, but it doesn’t name its owner – a trait it shares with Mega Medusa.
- Best for: Players who’d prefer a bright, cartoon look to Mega Medusa’s dark mythology.
How this Mega Medusa Casino review was made
The list below shows where each fact on this page comes from, and my About Us page sets out my approach.
Rob Hill
Because Mega Medusa won’t load for UK visitors, I used the version it shows overseas players, moved through it by its own links and compared every offer with the rules it points to. With no owner named anywhere, I tied the family together through the wording, sign-up route and promotions the casinos share. I didn’t open an account or deposit.

A gorgon in green and gold
Mega Medusa commits to its myth theme. A green-haired gorgon fronts every promo banner, the About page invents a backstory in which she finds the “Serpent’s Crown” and stops turning mortals to stone, and the VIP ranks are Serpent, Gorgon, Oracle, Titan and Medusa. It’s a well-made casino site, with neon-green buttons on a near-black background that make it look more prestigious than its actually is.
The slots are all Realtime Gaming’s, as confirmed in the casino’s terms. New releases lead with Crimson Castle, Treasure Sparks, Henferno, Fu Long Treasures, Winnie the Piggie Las Vegas, Triple Tigers, Liberty Rockets and Plinko Beyond, and the winners’ list keeps returning to Fortunate Buddha, Fortunate Zeus, Plentiful Treasure, Mighty Drums, Oz Golden Trail and Devil’s Jackpot. Tables, video poker and speciality games round it off. The homepage also features five glowing player quotes signed with names such as “Dani (pds$88*c)” and “Darya (pt6slb7kyc)”, which read less like customer testimonials and more like placeholder text pasted into the live copy by mistake.

Who runs Mega Medusa?
Mega Medusa won’t tell you. Its footer reads “Copyright © 2026 Mega Medusa” and nothing else; its terms open by calling Mega Medusa “the trade name of the Company” without ever naming the company, and its privacy policy is so old it still mentions Netscape Navigator, which some of you will never have heard of on account of being under 30. Yet the About page’s title tag promises a “Licensed Online Gaming Experience”. A casino that advertises a licence it never proves deserves the scepticism it gets.
The network connections show themselves in the details. Mega Medusa and A Big Candy share the same withdrawal clause down to the same missing word, and Heaps O Wins and Spin Dinero use the same clause with shorter review times. All four use the same promotion set, from 25 daily free spins to “No Rules” and “No Playthrough” codes, and all four send new players through the same Inclave sign-up. Mega Medusa’s UK block page uses exactly the same wording as Sector 777’s. Heaps O Wins, Spin Dinero, Sector 777 and Velvet Spin are Anden Online N.V. casinos, a Curaçao-based company that appears on the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s register under licence OGL/2024/1274/0819, listed as “Assessment in progress”. Mega Medusa doesn’t claim that licence or any other.

The network is shrinking as we speak. Sector 777’s homepage now announces “Old place is closing” and offers a free chip at Spin Dinero, and Velvet Spin’s old website no longer loads at all. Australia has been the main battleground. The Australian Communications and Media Authority had Mega Medusa blocked by internet providers in April 2025 for breaching the Interactive Gambling Act, lists Heaps O Wins and A Big Candy among the other blocked sites, and in early 2025 named Anden Online N.V. for providing a prohibited gambling service through Velvet Spin.

Bonuses: big numbers, missing rules
Prices at Mega Medusa are in dollars; I’ve converted them to pounds one-for-one. The main offer is a 251% bonus plus 53 free spins on Great Golden Lion, usable up to four times. The homepage says the package is worth £12,245, the About page £12,345, and neither number comes with a single word on wagering requirements. The promotions page’s own “Terms” link goes to the general terms, which cover no-deposit bonuses and cashback but not this offer. Selling a package by its headline figure while keeping its playthrough rules out of sight is how bad bonuses hide.
Around it are 150 free spins with code MEDUSA150, a 150% “No Rules” bonus, a 175% “No Playthrough” bonus, a 222% bonus at 15x wagering, 25 daily free spins, weekly and monthly cashback of up to 30%, comp points, a refer-a-friend scheme worth up to £700 and five VIP ranks with appreciation chips of £100 to £600. The rules that do exist and can be verified are tight. No-deposit winnings are capped at the bonus value, with the minimum left as a blank “($)” in the text. Cashback requires 30x wagering on slots or 60x on tables, caps at twice its value on withdrawal, and applies only to players with no recent withdrawals and a balance under £5.
Payments: seven ways in, two ways out
Deposits from £20 go in via Visa or Mastercard (2% fee), Neosurf, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bitcoin, Ethereum, or Litecoin. Withdrawals are only available via Neosurf or bank transfer, from £100 to £2,500 at a time, with bank transfers costing up to £40. The payment table marks Bitcoin withdrawals as “No” while still listing a fee for them, and the terms promise Bitcoin payouts within 72 hours. One of those has to be wrong, but I’m not putting money into Mega Medusa to find out.
The timings don’t hold together either. The promotions page says cashouts are processed “within 24 hours” and the banking page calls its processing “the shortest in the industry”, but the terms cap most players at £5,000 a week in £2,500 chunks, give themselves seven to ten business days to review each request and ten more business days to pay once it’s approved. A winner could easily wait a month. Players who’ve never deposited may have to make a “verification deposit” before withdrawing anything.
Support and complaints
Help comes through live chat and support@megamedusa.com, and the footer links Gambling Therapy for outside support. Complaints about a game have to be made in writing within 14 days, the terms say “all decisions made by the Casino are final”, and the only outside route offered is the Central Dispute System, which the terms themselves describe as set up by RTG, the casino’s own software supplier. Clause 25 also lets the casino publish the identity of any player who makes “untrue and/or malicious comments” about how it runs. That’s not a complaints process; it’s a racket.
Mega Medusa’s reputation
The Trustpilot profile for megamedusa.com was claimed in November 2025 and holds 330 reviews averaging 3.8, with 312 of them from the past year: 49% five-star and 18% one-star. The company has replied to 63% of negative reviews, usually more than a month later. The recent feedback is harsher than the average suggests, with half of the 20 newest reviews at one star. They describe a $400 win the casino refused to pay in September 2026, a month of repeated verification demands in July 2026, a free chip whose winnings needed a deposit before they could be withdrawn, and support staff who “shift the rules moment to moment”.
A balanced view
Points in its favour
- A well-designed site with a theme it commits to.
- The full Realtime Gaming library, from new releases to classics.
- Daily free spins and cashback for regular players.
- Live chat plus a verified support email.
Points against
- No company, licence or governing law named anywhere.
- Welcome bonus wagering requirements missing from the terms.
- Payout rules that contradict their own promises.
- Disputes decided by the casino, with its software supplier as the only referee.
My Mega Medusa Casino sister sites verdict: handsome, but dangerous
Strip away the gorgon, and Mega Medusa is one template-based casino among several, run by a company that won’t put its name to any of them and keeps opening brands as older ones close or get blocked. Each new face looks better than the last, but the rulebook underneath doesn’t improve, and the parts that matter most to a player, playthrough requirements and real payout speed, are exactly what it keeps vague. A casino this careful about its artwork and this careless about its contract has told you where its priorities lie.
Mega Medusa doesn’t serve the UK, and no casino on this network is licensed to take British money. If daily spins and a no-fuss bonus are the appeal, Jackpotjoy, on Gamesys Operations’ Gambling Commission licence, gives new players 100 free spins on Fishin Frenzy The Big Catch 2 for £10 played, with its full rules printed on the offer.

The site doesn’t say. Its rules, sign-up route and promotions match those of Anden Online N.V.’s casinos, a Curaçao-based company.
Can I play at Mega Medusa from the UK?
No. Mega Medusa holds no UK licence, and British visitors get a page saying the casino isn’t available in their country.
What are Mega Medusa’s withdrawal limits?
Most players can withdraw up to £5,000 a week in £2,500 instalments, by Neosurf or bank transfer only, with a £100 minimum and fees of up to £40.
Is Mega Medusa the same as Wild Medusa?
No. Wild Medusa is a separate, UK-licensed casino on Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited’s Gambling Commission licence, with no link to Mega Medusa.
